Shipping and handling rates vary by product. Almost all of our items shipped within the continental U.S. come with Free Shipping, however, due to weight and occasional handling fees some of our products have a shipping charge. All shipping fees will be displayed on individual items before you add them to your shopping cart and purchase them. For orders being shipped outside the continental U.S. we will add an extra shipping charge to the entire order. This charge will be displayed on the order confirmation page before you submit your order.

• Warranty Period
  • The vast majority of products we offer are covered by the manufacturer against defects in materials and workmanship. The length of these warranties varies by manufacturer and product.
  • After 30 days from receiving your product your merchandise is covered by the manufacturer’s warranty and subject to the manufacturer’s warranty policy and procedures.
  • Contact us first if you find a manufacturing defect with your product. We will assist you in working with the manufacturer to process your warranty claim.
• Refund Time
  • Refunds will be credited within 7-14 days after we receive and inspect the returned product.
  • All refunds are credited to the same payment card or PayPal account originally used to pay for the order.
• Restocking Fees
  • A 15% restocking fee will apply for returns that are not the result of our error or a defective product or do not adhere to the return procedures above.
  • Restocking fees do not include shipping costs related to the return.
• Return Shipping Charges
  • On rare occasions there may be an error with your order, such as the product sent not being the one you ordered. If you received the wrong product due to an error by the manufacturer or our site, we will arrange for the return shipping at no cost to you.
  • If you are returning a product for any reason other than our error or a manufacturing defect, you are required to pay all outbound and return shipping charges, including those for products with Free Shipping.
  • Shipping charges will be deducted from your refund.

Return policy

The vast majority of products available at AutoAnything are returnable. To initiate a return, you must request a Return Authorization Number (RA#) within 30 days of receipt of the product.

All items must have an RA# and be received in a new, unused and ready-to-sell condition (including all original packaging, parts, and paperwork) to receive a refund, excluding any shipping costs.

All electronic products, such as radar detectors and engine programmers, require a 15% restocking fee and are subject to inspection before a credit is issued.

AutoAnything does not accept returns on used items, custom-painted products or items shipped via truck freight.

Items must be returned within 30 days in like new condition with original packaging. * See exceptions below. Our customer service/order staff is not trained nor authorized to accept return authorization requests over the phone since returns are authorized by a separate department. All requests for returns MUST be made in writing through the Request Return Authorization link on the My Autohaus drop-down menu. NO authorizations will be given verbally over the phone.

Product Warranties

All parts are covered by their respective manufacturer's warranties. Manufacturer warranties vary, although most are for twelve (12) months or 12,000 miles (whichever comes first). Some offer longer warranties (i.e., Bosch warranties ignition wire sets for life, Sachs Boge warranties standard shocks/struts/lift supports for life and hydropneumatic/Nivomat self-levelling shocks for two years, etc.).
Most manufacturers specify their warranty policies on product insert sheets. Please read this information carefully for additional warranty coverages to which you may be entitled. Be sure to read the limitations that may apply. Most manufacturers extend the warranty only to the original purchaser of the part and require proof of purchase and a copy of current resistration when submitting a warranty claim. And, don't forget to file the necessary warranty registration forms to protect your rights.
AutohausAZ also warrants that at the time of shipment the products sold shall be free from defects in material and workmanship. Autohaus Arizona's maximum liability shall NOT in any case exceed the purchase price (excluding any freight charges) for the products purchased from AutohausAZ and claimed to be defective.
Autohaus agrees to furnish a replacement for, but not remove or install any product or component thereof, which, upon test and examination by AutohausAZ or its authorized agents, proves defective within the warranty period.
AutohausAZ will NOT be liable for any loss, incidental nor consequential damages of ANY kind, whether based upon warranty, contract or negligence, and arising in connection with the sale, use or repair of the products.

Any part purchased from AutoPartsGIANT can be returned for any reason within the first 30 days provided that the product has not been installed or damaged. (subject to product availability and inspection). Any questions regarding your part after the 30 day period please contact the products manufacture. The part must be unused, in it's original packaging (No seals or packaging can be broken on gasket or timing sets), and must be in resalable condition. Which carriers do you use for shipping?

Most of our parts are shipped via Federal Express, UPS, and AGS. Meanwhile, engines are shipped via R & L trucking. There are also instances when our distributor partners may use other carriers.

Return Exchange Policy
When should I expect credit for my return?

The timeframe may vary depending on the inspection that will have to take place to ensure that the part is in the condition stated when you requested a return. Among the other factors that will affect the length of time will be the time it takes for the return to be approved by the manufacturer, and the number of days it take for the bank to process your credit.

All in all, the processing period takes about 30 calendar days, and you can expect a refund within that number of days after you have sent your return request to us. After confirmation of delivery of the returned part to the warehouse and after approval by the manufacturer, it will take about 2-7 days for us to credit the amount back to your account. A "credit approved" email will then be sent to you.

Remember that there is a 10% restocking fee on parts returned that are not as a result of error on our part.

Refunds will be given on parts only and excludes labor or installation charges, shipping, or any other charges. All parts must be returned in the original package, cannot be damaged or installed, and must be in original condition. All returned parts must be sent freight prepaid and are subject to a re-boxing fee.

Certain parts are not returnable, including but not limited to wheels and tires that have been mounted and/or installed, electrical items, and closeouts.

Customer returns for parts received as part of a "free shipping" offer will be credited for the amount of the returned parts less actual outbound shipping charges paid by us and any restocking fee that may apply.
