If you find that your order doesn’t meet with your expectations for any reason, contact us and we’ll credit your account, no questions asked. Just repack it and send it back to us. That’s our policy. Please be aware that a restocking fee of 15% of the merchandise cost applies to returned items not being exchanged. We want you to be delighted with your babyearth.com purchase. Most purchases can be returned within 30 days for a refund. Just contact us for an RMA number prior to return shipping. BabyEarth will cover the cost of return shipping for defective items, and will refund 100% of the purchase price. An unwanted, resalable item will be refunded 100% of the purchase price provided:
1) It is returned with all original documentation and packaging.
2) Manufacturer tags are intact.
3) It is in unused condition.
Returned items not meeting these criteria are subject to a 25% restocking fee. You will be responsible for shipping costs (each way) on unwanted items. Certain products such as eating utensils, bottle feeding items / accessories, breast pumps, blankets, mattresses, diapers, potty seats, bath and fabric items and personal care items cannot be resold for hygienic reasons and are therefore non-refundable. TV watching "rewires" an infant’s brain, says Dr. Dimitri A. Christakis lead researcher and director of the Child Health Institute at Children’s Hospital and Regional Medical Center, Seattle, Wash. The damage shows up at age 7 when children have difficulty paying attention in school. "In contrast to the way real life unfolds and is experienced by young children, the pace of TV is greatly sped up."
says Christakis. His research appears in the April 2004 issue of Pediatrics. Quick scene shifts of video images become "normal," to a baby "when in fact, it’s decidedly not normal or natural." Christakis says. Exposing a baby’s developing brain to videos may overstimulate it, causing permanent changes in developing neural pathways.
What Can My Baby See? Infants reflexively prefer to look at high-contrast edges and patterns. Large black and white patterns present the highest possible contrast (100%) to the eye and thus are the most visible and attractive to babies.

Returns and Exchanges Policy
We want you to be 100% happy with the purchase for your special baby. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return it, in its original condition and packaging, for a refund, exchange or store credit within 21 days of receipt of the item. Simply email us within 21 days of receipt of the item and we will give you a return authorization number.
All personalized and custom-made items are non-returnable, non-exchangeable and cannot be cancelled once your order has been placed with the Designer.
On sale items are final and not returnable.
Once we receive your return, we will issue you a refund credit to the credit card used to make the original purchase. Gifts may be exchanged, returned for store credit, or credited back to purchaser's credit card. We cannot issue a refund to the gift recipient. Custom-made and personalized items are not returnable.
Please email us for the Return Address. Sometimes items need to be returned to the manufacturer directly, and not to Bliss Living. If you ship it to the wrong address, you will be charged for the re-shipping fee.
