Return Policy
Unless otherwise indicated (some items may not be returned, as noted on the respective product page), you may return an item within 30 days as long as the item is returned in the same mint condition and in the original packaging as received. (If ordered in November, you will be able to arrange for a return through the end of the year.)
If you do not wish to keep the item you purchased you must e-mail or call us to obtain a Return Authorization "RA" number. Once we issue an RA number, it will be valid for 10 business days only. All returns without an RA number may be refused and returned to sender.
When returning a package, you must make the return to the address we specify at your shipping expense. Please note that all returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee, as well as the cost of shipping and handling. If you return merchandise for a refund that qualified you for free shipping, you will be charged the actual shipping and handling costs of the original shipment. Therefore, your refund will equal the amount of the order less 15%, less the actual cost of shipping and handling.
For your protection, please provide us with the tracking number of your package. Otherwise, if the package is lost in transit, we will be unable to track the package and unable to issue a credit. |

3) If you, the customer, provided us with the incorrect information no refund will be given. RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Nursing Mother Supplies wants you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. Most purchases can be returned within 30 days for a refund. Nursing Mother Supplies will cover the cost of return shipping for defective items, and will refund 100% of the purchase price. An unwanted, resalable item will be refunded 100% of the purchase price provided:1) It is returned with all original documentation and packaging.

Returned items not meeting these criteria are subject to a 25% restocking fee. You will be responsible for shipping costs (each way) on returns and exchanges.

Potty Training Solutions Return Policy
We strive for loyal and happy customers. In the unlikely event that you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from Potty Training Solutions, you may return unopened items for a full refund.
Products may be returned to us within 15 days after the date of receipt. To receive a full refund, the returned item must be unused and in its original condition with all the associated packaging and tags intact. Please be considerate when packaging returns. Products must reach us in resalable condition.
We sell many personal use items such as potty chairs, potty seats and urinals. For hygiene and sanitary reasons, health regulations prevent us from accepting returns on products that are not sealed in protective packaging.
Training pants are individually wrapped in permanently sealed bags. We only accept returns of training pants that are still wrapped in original unopened packaging.
We cannot accept ANY returns of PODS (Potty on Discrete Strips) once the product has been shipped. This means we cannot accept returns on open or unopened boxes of PODS. While we regret not being able to return PODS, we have to strictly enforce this policy due to state and federal health regulations designed to protect our customers' health. If you are not sure if PODS will work for you please feel free to send us an email before your order asking for more information, or start with the small "sample" pack.
Exchanges
Exchanges will be granted under the following conditions:
- The product is unopened and all original packaging is intact
- Exchange authorization was requested prior to products return
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives at your door damaged, broken or defective, we will either replace the broken parts if possible or ship out a new one completely at our expense.

RETURNS:
If we haven’t done our job, per your instructions, we’ll reprint the job and ship it back to you the same day you call (if you call by 3 p.m. EST). If your order was completed per your instructions, but you still wish to return it, you may return your package to us using the mail carrier of your choice.
We recommend using a carrier that provides a tracking number for your security. Once your return has been received, please allow 2-3 weeks for a refund, if it was paid for with a credit card and 3-4 weeks, if paid for by check.
Return shipping charges are not refundable. Shipping Rates and Methods
Free shipping is available on all orders over $100 within the continental U.S. Orders are shipped via UPS, FedEx Ground, DHL, USPS and other carriers depending on the size, dimensions, weight and origination of the order. We do not ship to locations outside of North America and U.S. territories.
Additional shipping charges apply for orders outside of the continental U.S., including Canada (see the Canadian Orders page for more detailed information), Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam and APO/FPO destinations. These charges will not be applied at the time of checkout. However, for certain locations an estimated additional shipping charge will appear during the checkout process. Returns Policy
We appreciate and value your business and will always work hard to make your shopping experience with us a pleasant one. We understand shopping online can be difficult at times. Accordingly, we have a simple return policy. We have a 30-day money back guarantee with a small 15% restocking fee to cover initial shipping, packaging, inspection and restocking. You will be responsible for shipping the product back to us. All returns must be in brand new condition and must be returned to us in the original box and packaging. Please do not write on the box. All
manuals, accessories and packaging must be in new condition. Any missing or used parts will be deducted from your refund or may result in a declined refund. We cannot be responsible for returns lost during their return to us. We recommend you insure the product.
All returns must be approved prior to shipping and be marked with an approved RA number. To obtain approval and receive your RA number, please call us at 800.533.5392. Clearance items come with the full manufacturer's warranty but are not returnable.
Once we have received your return, please allow 5 business days for us to inspect the product and credit your account.
Certain products, such as car seats, have a 14-day return policy and must be returned with the original tags still attached to verify the product has not been used.
Please know that we do everything we can to make sure you have the product you wanted and that it is working perfectly.
