A: The cost of shipping depends on where you live in the United States, the total weight of your order and which UPS shipping method you choose. On our Web site you have a choice of using either UPS Ground, Second Day Air or Next Day Air with Ground being the cheapest and Next Day Air being the most expensive. All orders placed through our Web site are shipped via UPS. If you want to place an order utilizing a different carrier such as USPS or FedEx for example, then you must place your order over the phone by calling 1-800-327-0074.

How do I return an item?
A: All items returned to Anaconda Sports must be authorized by our customer service department. All authorized returns require a Return Authorization Number. The R.A.# must be clearly marked on the outside of the shipping carton and/or the face of the original shipping documents. Any packages returned without bearing the authorization number and document inside will be returned at the customers expense.
To obtain a return authorization number please call customer service at 1-800-327-0074 or please fill out the Customer Service Form located in the Customer Service Section of our Web site. Our customer service department is open Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm EST.
All returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee. Requests for return of goods must be received within thirty (30) days of the invoice (except defects). Any item deemed defective will be credited, replaced, and returned to you freight prepaid. The same stock number, color, and size will be replaced. No refunds or exchanges will be made outside of the warranty period. Closeouts and any undergarments that have been worn are non-returnable. Please be advised that manufacturers require us to return merchandise for their inspection. Therefore, it may take some time to resolve the situation. All manufacturers decisions prevail.
The return item must be in its original condition, including all tags, packaging and accessories. You will receive a prompt refund, excluding shipping charges. Merchandise purchased with a credit card will be credited to the card used for that transaction.
Please note: Baseballs and softballs purchased by the dozen must be returned by the dozen. |

At Soccer Garage, we want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. We have a NO RESTOCKING FEE Policy. You can shop with confidence, knowing that we stand behind our products. All returns and exchanges must be received within 30 days of the date of purchase, and the product must be returned in its original packaging, in “AS NEW” and re-saleable condition. We regret that we cannot accept returns or exchanges on used products, videos, CD's, DVD's, special orders, customized merchandise, and club or team orders, and large quantity orders. Jocks and undergarments are not returnable
or exchangeable for any reason. Please try on all footwear products indoors as shoes with evidence of wear (e.g., grass stains, dirt stains, scuffs, etc.) will not be accepted for returns or exchanges.
Please be aware that all returns and exchanges must include a copy of our Return or Exchange PDF Form that has been filled out with all the require information.
Returns
There is NO restocking fee whether you return for credit or return for exchange except on jerseys. For ALL jersey returns there will be a 15% restocking fee. If you are returning an item because of an error that we made please call us at 800-301-9042 to arrange for an e-tag which will pay for your return shipping costs. If you would rather ship the item back yourself please ship your returns via UPS only! We cannot pay for shipping charges if your return was shipped by any method other than UPS Ground. Be sure to keep your shipping receipt until credit is issued, as Soccer Garage
reserves the right to require proof of delivery of the return shipment prior to issuing any credit. We will process your refund within 7 days of receipt. Please allow up to 2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your credit card statement.
