4. Once an order is shipped out by USPS or FedEx, we are neither responsible for, nor able to pre-determine, customs taxes and duties collectable at the receiving end. Customer is responsible for paying all such amounts as may be requested. Such amounts are not refundable in the event of merchandise being return.
5. FedEx does not delivery to PO.Box mailing address. If you put the incorrect address, it will delay the delivery. The shipping carrier may charge extra fee for the address correction. Original shipping charges are not refunded on returned items unless there was an error on our part. 2. What is an RMA number? A: RMA stands for Return Merchandise Authorization. It is the number we issue to our customers so that they may return merchandise.
3. Why do I need an RMA number? A: For two reasons. First, we often receive returns with no information to identify the customer and we are unable to issue a refund to them. With an RMA number, we will be sure that we can identify which customer returned the merchandise and issue a refund promptly and accurately. Second, we want to make sure that every other avenue has been exhausted and that the customer is returning it because there is no other option.
4. What happens if I return an item with no RMA number? A: The package might be refused and sent back to you. If we do accept the return for a refund, there will be a 25% restocking fee, and shipping charges are nonrefundable.
Note: If a customer is dissatisfied with their purchase as it was delivered to them, they must request an RMA number within 3 days of delivery. Please Click here to contact us to get RMA number assigned before you return any item. Customer inaction within this time period will indicate acceptance of the product as it was delivered to them. Phones returned with an RMA number requested after 3 days of delivery (or with more than 15 minutes of talk time) will be
subject to restocking fees. RMA numbers will not be provided to customers who wish to return damaged phones after the 3 day period has expired. RMA numbers issued for phone and accessory returns must be delivered to us within 7 business days from the date the RMA number was issued. If the phone has not been delivered within 7 business days from the date an RMA number was issued, the shipment may be refused. If we do accept the return for refund, shipping costs are nonrefundable and the subsequent refund will be subject to a restocking fee of 35%. If an accessory has not been received within 7 business days of the date an RMA
was provided, shipping costs are nonrefundable and the subsequent refund will be subject to a restocking fee of 15%. Phones returned open and non-defective with all accessories included will be incur a 15% restocking fee, and shipping charges are nonrefundable. Refunds for any phone returned without all accompanying accessories will be subject to a restocking fee of 25%. Orders returned with an RMA number issued within 3 days of delivery with all accessories included will be refunded the total amount of their order. Orders returned with an RMA number issued after 3 days of delivery with all accessories included will incur a
15% restocking fee, and shipping costs are nonrefundable. Orders returned without an RMA number will incur a 25% restocking fee, and shipping costs are nonrefundable. Please note that an RMA number does not guarantee final disposition. All returns are subject to inspection. Completion of any order indicates that the customer has read, understood, and agreed to all policies outlined in the FAQ section.
Cancellation fee: For any order that is cancelled before it is shipped, there will be a cancellation fee applied. The cancellation fee will be 5% of the total (including tax and shipping), up to a maximum of $5.00. This is to pay for order processing fees.

Shipping
Orders will not be shipped until after 9:00 AM Pacific Standard Time (P.S.T.) of the next business day (Monday to Friday) following placement of your order, excluding holidays and weekends. Change of day is considered to occur at midnight (12:00AM) P.S.T.
All order shipments are subject to product availability and complete customer order, billing and shipping information being received by Better Energy. Shipments are also pending weather restrictions or natural disasters. Shipping times only apply from the date and time that the order was shipped. Shipping times do not include customs delays.

Exchanges & Refunds
Non-Faulty Product
If for any reason you are not satisfied with any of our products, unused merchandise may be returned for exchange within 30 days from the date of receipt and subject to the provisions below:
The product must have been purchased via the www.solio.com online store. The product must be returned in its original packaging; Items returned for either exchange or refund must be in their original condition and shipped back in their original packaging. They must be returned undamaged, unused and unopened. The original sales receipt must be enclosed (photo copies accepted).
A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) must be requested within 30 days of receiving the order: RMA requests past the 30-day period will NOT be accepted. Return packages without clearly marked RMA number will NOT be accepted and returned at the customer’s expense. Product must be mailed within 15 days of receiving an RMA form: No return packages will be accepted after this time period. Please return all products via insured parcel post. This shipping method allows for tracking of the package. Better Energy will not be responsible for lost or damaged
packages. In addition to your 30-day returns guarantee, customers in the European Union are entitled to a statutory cooling-off period of seven business days.

Allow 30-days turn around time for exchange or refund items to be processed.
Shipping costs are not refundable. No refund will be made on the shipping portions of your order. We do not accept COD. The cost of initial shipping and all return shipping is sole responsibility of the customer. Overseas Orders: DO NOT input the full commercial value of returned goods on any form you are required to complete. For maximum speed and efficiency simply put a nominal $1 US value. Clearly mark both sides of the package, GOODS FOR RETURN. If you do not this we may be asked to pay import customs, in which case we will refuse and your goods will be
returned.
We reserve the right not to exchange or refund items that were: damaged due to accident, misuse, abuse, product modification or neglect or damage resulting from the performance of repairs unauthorized by Better Energy.
Damaged or Defective Products:
To ensure the highest possible quality, we fully inspect each product before it is shipped. We also fully guarantee all of our products to be free from factory and workmanship defects. If any product is found to be defective, or has been damaged in shipping, Better Energy needs to be informed immediately upon receipt of goods. Refund may be applied provided the conditions listed in our Exchange and Return policy are met.
RMA Request
In order to return or exchange any item purchased from www.solio.com, a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) must be requested within 30 days of receiving your order. The email must include your name, e-mail address, order id number (required), product and reason for return. Once you have received a reply from us, specific return instructions will be provided and must be followed. Please be sure to read and follow our return policy.
