Items purchased from BiggerBooks.com may be
returned for a refund (excluding shipping charges and
10% restocking fee) up to 30 days after the date of
shipment. Items must be returned in the condition in
which they were received. Shrink-wrapped items cannot be
returned if the wrapping is broken unless the items are
defective. We will not accept items for return with open
diskette packages or CD-ROM's that have broken seals.

Used books are considered to be in good condition even
when they contain highlighting, margin notes, or other
markings. If you are not satisfied with your book for
any reason, please return it to us within 30 days after

business days for financial institutions to process the

Shipping times begin when the package leaves our
warehouse.
- Standard Shipping (USPS Parcel Post, USPS Media Mail)
- This is our standard shipping method. It is the most popular and least expensive.
In North America, books are sent via "Media Mail".
- Standard Shipping takes 1 to 4 weeks in the United States with the exception
of Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico, which can take up to 6 weeks.
- Rates vary depending on destination and weight of order.

Returning A Regular Order
- All of our books have a 100% Customer Satisfaction Guarantee.
If you're not happy with your purchase, please contact our
Customer Service department within 5 days of receipt of your order.
