- A/V Receivers, DVD recorders, Blu-Ray DVD players and all recorders cannot be returned. In the event they are defective they carry a manufacturers warranty. All other audio products have a 7 day return policy.
- All DJ Equipment have a 7 day return policy. This excludes all recorders and items that contain hard drives.
- Car Equipment that has not been installed can be returned within 7 days
- Any installed car equipment cannot be returned to us. Please contact the manufacturer directly for support.
- GPS Navigation Systems can be returned for refund or exchange within 14 days. Navigon GPS Units cannot be returned. If defective, they must be returned to the manufacturer for repair
- Projectors may be returned to us only if defective. Exchanges are for same model number only. If defective, exchanges must be made within 7 days of acceptance of delivery. Absolutely no refunds will be given on Projectors
- Laptops may be returned to us only if defective. Exchanges are for same model number only. If defective, exchanges must be made within 7 days of acceptance of delivery. Absolutely no refunds will be given on laptops.
- Please be informed that there are NO returns or exchanges on any televisions.
- Air Conditioners cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Musical Instruments: Drum Sets and Cymbals are non-returnable items.

- Nintendo WII Can not be returned or exchanged if defective you must call the manufacturer
- Home Theatre Systems can not be returned for an exchange or refund. If defective you must contact the manufacturer directly.

- Only brand new and sealed Small Appliances will be accepted for return within 7 days of receipt. All used or opened appliances cannot be returned. If the item is defective please contact the manufacturer. Due to health regulations we cannot accept returns on these items.
- Any computer hardware and input devices may not be returned once opened. Defective items can be returned for the same item only within 7 days.

Factory Serviced items are exchangeable for a replacement of the same model on defective items only within 30 Days from date of purchase.
Due to overwhelming piracy on software including DVDs, CDs, and Pre-Loaded Data Cards, the manufacturer has stated that these items cannot be returned back to FactoryOutletStore.com. For any issues concerning the software (i.e. Defect, Troubleshooting, etc.), the customer is responsible for contacting the manufacturer directly for assistance.
All returns or exchanges missing or with damage to the original box may be refused or may be subject to a 10% penalty fee. (i.e. missing/damaged UPC barcodes, missing/damaged manuals, missing/damaged warranties, tape on the manufacturer’s box, etc.) Ship all returns using a traceable shipping method and a separate shipping box.
