What is the Big Dogs Return and Exchange Policy?
A. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please return it in new condition, for an exchange or refund. (Shipping, handling, and insurance are non-refundable.) Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment. Gift recipients will receive a non-refundable gift certificate valid through our mail order catalog and retail stores only. Include the packing slip and indicate the reason for the return. Use the return address label attached to the packing slip. Send package securely wrapped, insured and pre-paid. Any discount received as part of a “BUY ONE – GET ONE” promotion will be forfeited if either item is
returned for credit.

opened in March, 2004 and is entirely run by the guys from CollegeHumor.com. We decided to start making T-shirts because we want people to have fun, laugh, look good, feel comfortable, get good jobs, get sweaty dancing, and go home with someone who also did those things. All of the designs you see on the site were made by us or by friends of ours. We're always on the lookout for new designs, so get a hold of us if you want to be part of the family!
We do our best to keep prices reasonable while still making high-quality tees. A lot of our shirts are printed on American Apparel, which are seriously the nicest shirts you'll find anywhere. They're also made in Los Angeles in a sweatshop-free environment, so you don't have to feel guilty when you order with us.

Can I return my Preschoolians shoes?
Any style can be refunded if returned within 2 weeks of receipt. The shoes must be in clean, unworn condition and in the original packaging. We will provide return postage on request for returns being shipped within the United States. The original shipping charge is not refunded, and $5 will be subtracted from the price of the shoe as the cost of handling and re-stocking the return. For international customers, as you are paying the return shipping charge, we will refund the original shipping charge (for those items being returned) and will still deduct the $5 handling fee. Please note for Design Your
Own shoes, as these are specially designed by you for your child, these cannot be exchanged or returned. |

Shipping
We guarantee delivery to the 48 contiguous US states within 14 days of placing your order, or we’ll refund your money. Shipments outside of the lower 48 states and to military bases are not covered by this guarantee. Please note that as Design Your Own shoes are designed by you for your child, they may take longer than 2 weeks to ship and are not covered by the shipping guarantee. Over 80% of our business is actually made to order. We are able to have such a large selection of colors, styles, sizes and bottoms because we have very little finished inventory. Orders are sent to our manufacturing facility each night for the
shoes to be finished, then sent to our offices for quality control. We then ship orders, using DHL@home within the lower 48 states and US Postal Service Global Priority Mail for all other orders.
 Within the United States we charge $5.40 per order.
The order can contain as many pairs as you like. Shipping will remain at $5.40. |
