What items need to
be returned with an
RMA? Do I need to
include everything?
For RMA returns for
refund, the part
must be returned in
brand new and unused
condition with all
original equipment,
components, manuals,
cables, documents
and packaging
included. Missing
items will incur
further charges or
less of a refund.
For replace/repair,
please return the
whole set. Items
returned within the
30 day return period
will need to have
all accessories
included. For
motherboard returns
after the 30 day
return period,
please send the
motherboard back
without the
accessories since
the replacement we
obtain from the
manufacturer will
not include the
accessories. |
What about
restocking fees? How

restocking fee of
15% on all
returns for refund.

What is your return policy?
You may return a product for refund, store credit, or exchange (if due to ThinkGeek error) within 30 days of the order shipment date. (The order shipment date and order notification are provided to you by email). All returns must be accompanied with a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA #). |

What is the difference between DVD-R and DVD+R?
They are the format types. Buyers need to purchase the disks with proper format type which is compatible to the burner format. It is hard to say that one format is better than the other. Neither have significant advantages over the other. Both are good but not perfect in terms of their ability to create discs that are playable in most standalone DVD players.
What are the differences between 1X, 2X, 4X, 8X, 16X?
The numbers represent speed of the disk, the larger the number, the faster the speed.

RMA Terms & Conditions
We suggest you read the complete return policy before purchase.
- Each return MUST have an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. Please write the RMA number on the outside of the box when you return your merchandise. Unauthorized return products will be rejected.
- All RMA requests must be filed within 30 days (45 days for international customers) after the invoice date. No refunds after 30 days (45 days for international customers).
- One RMA number can only be issued for one invoice. If you have different items from different invoices, a different RMA number must be requested.
- RMA number is valid for 12 days after the date of issue. Customer is responsible for returning the merchandise within that period. No returns will be accepted or 20% restocking fee will be charged if we received your shipments beyond that period.
- The use of a carrier that can track packages is strongly recommended when returning merchandise. Customers are also responsible for insuring the returned items. YesBuy.net will not be responsible for any shipping loss from customer's side.
- Customer must inform YesBuy.net of any order discrepancy within 7 days of the delivery date for accurate investigation. Physical damage to any product will void the product's warranty and the RMA Policy.
- All return (s) must have the original packaging and accessories (blank warranty cards, UPC code attached, manuals etc), and in "as new" condition.
