If you are placing an order to ship outside the USA you must call or E Mail customer service for the cost. If you approve the cost we will process order. You are responsible for any customs or tariffs.
All orders are processed upon receipt. Actual shipping time is contingent upon availability of merchandise and credit verification. Most orders are shipped within 3 business days of receiving your order. Orders placed after 1:00pm EST will be processed the following business day. All orders are shipped via Federal Express Ground. The tracking information will be provided to you via Email should it be requested.
No orders are processed or shipped on Saturdays or Sundays. In the event of delays, every effort will be made to contact you by phone or e-mail. If the delay is due to backorder, you will receive notice and be given the choice to remain on backorder, substitute to another item, or cancel your order.

Currently, no exchanges are accepted. Only a return can be processed, and then a new order may be issued for the item desired. We regret that original shipping costs and return freight charges cannot be refunded.
