All returns are issued a store credit of 110% of the cost of your order less shipping for up to 60 days. Our goal is for you to have a happy experience with our company and to return to us for future purchases. We've made it easy for you to return items if you're not happy with your order. We want you to return to us for your future costume needs and as an incentive we give you back 110% of your purchase costs in a gift certificate that you can sell or gift that is good for 3 years.

Would you prefer a refund to your card over a store credit? Try our money back guarantee. At checkout choose our no hassle refund. For 5% of the value of your order you can ensure the receipt of a refund to your credit card instead of a store credit. If you return your purchase within 7 business days we will refund the cost of your order less shipping and a 10% restocking fee.
Planning to purchase a different size or style immediately? Just place a new order and upon receipt of the returned product and verification that an exchanged order was placed a credit will be issued to your card for the original item/s cost.
Due to the seasonality of our business during the month of October returns must be post marked within 48 hours of receipt of purchase. Both our 60 day store credit return policy and our 7 day refund policy are not valid unless return is shipped within 48 hours of receipt. There are no exceptions to this rule.
Product must be returned in original packaging with all pieces included. Items in blister packs must be unopened. No seals can be broken on packaging, wigs should be unworn with packages unopened, teeth and fangs must be unopened, and shoes should have no wear marks on soles. Costume bags should not be torn or damaged. Costumes should be neatly folded with all parts included in original costume bag with costume insert included. Perfume, body odor and cigarettes smells, hair (both human and animal), stretched seams or other signs of wear are grounds for refusing a return.
Any returns not meeting the above conditions will not be accepted. Damaged, used, unpackaged, ripped packaging or unsealed items will not be accepted. Customer will be contacted once asking if they would like us to return the product to them at their cost. If we do not receive a response within 3 business days the items will be donated to charity where possible or destroyed. |

Please make sure your item(s) are not on the NEVER RETURNABLE list below. Shipping and gift wrapping fees are non-refundable.
If you are needing the item in a different size or a whole new costume. Not a problem! Please go ahead and order the correct size or new costume and put the new order number on the return form. This ensures that you will have the costume you want for Halloween or when you need it! The hot costumes sell out fast! Once we recieve your unused costume back a refund will be submitted to the credit card that you paid with.
- If you use the Free Shipping option and you DO NOT place another order with us you will be charged a $7.00 restocking fee for the first item and $1.00 for each addtional item.
- If your item is returned back to us AFTER October 17th AND YOU DONT WANT TO ORDER ANOTHER COSTUME you will be issued a store creidt for the returned merchandise.
- If you return 4 items or more back to us from an order you will be charged a restocking fee of 15%

Return Policy
During Halloween, we do not accept returns or exchanges of any kind. Orders
placed after Oct 7th are considered Halloween orders. During the rest of the
season we accept exchanges within 14 days. Underwear, boots, shoes and bras are
absolutely not returnable. Costumes in the Cosplay category are made to order
and are not usually returnable, but we do make exceptions. No returns for custom
made costumes. Used masks and wigs are not returnable due to state health codes.

Return Authorization Form.
Shipping costs are not refunded and 15% restock fees are applied to calculate
exchange value. Please do not call for refunds. We email right back.

Our products are shipped from various parts of the country. We will process your order in the most efficient timely manner. We aim at shipping your order in less than 48 hours, unless otherwise noted in the listing. During high season which typically is between the months of Aug-December products come in and out of stock. We will do our best to let you know if an item is on back-order. We are not able to take cancellations from the 1st - 31st of October because at times it is not possible to locate your package in the shipping process, as well up till December this is on manager approval only. A email will not suffice as a cancellation. If an item got shipped and you emailed prior we are not responsible for that cancellation. If you cancel during that period after Dec. 31st you will be provided with a store credit provided that the proper email was sent to us and the item did not ship, we do not provide cash/credit card refunds only store credit. If the item shipped we can not refund the item. If you order more than 1 product it may come from various locations of our factories so please do not be alarmed, we are fully aware of your full order. If after a few weeks something has not arrived then contact us, so that we can check on that for you. Normally all packages will arrive within 7 days of each other.
Normal shipping time is up to 48 Hours (For Processing, Excluding Weekends) and up to 10 days for ground shipping. If you need it sooner than that please contact us via email helpvioletsea@gmail.com. Our representatives will estimate cost and charge you accordingly.

Returning Your Order
You may return or exchange new, unopened items sold and fulfilled by oyacostumes within 10 days of delivery. Items should be returned in their original product packaging. If the return is a result of our error, please contact us and we will arrange for the shipment to be returned to us at our cost. If the return is not a result of our error, you must pay the shipping costs back to us.
Just go to Your Account and click on Returns and log in the information of the item you like to return and the reason for the return. Submit the form and print a copy to include in the return package.

Totally Costumes offers a returns process with our 7 Day Money Back guarantee! Most of our products may be returned at the customer's expense within 7 days from the date of delivery. Refunds are for the cost of the merchandise minus the $10 restocking fee or 20% of the merchandise (whichever is greater). Shipping charges are not refundable. Any returned orders with missing items or without original packaging can not be credited. All returned items must be in original and resellable condition. Please double check to make sure you've included all of the pieces and packaging before returning it.
HALLOWEEN RETURN POLICY:
Our Halloween return policy is applicable on all orders placed between October 1 through October 31st. You may return all unworn / unused merchandise with all tags attached within 7 days of receiving items - with a copy of your invoice and all items in original packaging - for a merchandise refund less the $10 restocking fee or 20% of the merchandise (whichever is greater). Costumes may only be returned, if they are unworn and in new condition with original packaging within ten (10) days of receipt. We strongly recommend that you use our online returns website at http://costumes.upsrow.com to print a prepaid label for your return shipment. Using this fast and easy tool ensures that your return package is properly tracked and delivery receipt is confirmed. When you use our pre-paid UPS shipping label, the return shipping fee of $5.99 will be deducted from the value of your returned item(s) when we process your credit.
You may also choose your own shipping method to send us your Product Returns. However, we strongly suggest that you choose a shipping method that includes the ability to track your order. We will not be held responsible for crediting your account if you cannot verify receipt of the Product Return.
All costs associated with shipping Product Returns are at the expense of the customer and are non-refundable. Once your package has been received and inspected, a credit will be issued to you for the price of the item(s) being returned. If your order was placed with a check or money order, you will receive a check.
