GENERAL PRODUCT RETURNS

All costs associated with shipping Product Returns are at the expense of the customer and are non-refundable. Once your package has been received and inspected, a credit will be issued to you for the price of the item(s) being returned. If your order was placed with a check or money order, you will receive a check.

Each brand was built around the concept of offering a complete, accessorized product assortment for children's parties. We began with Birthday Express, which currently offers over 150 children's party themes. Each theme includes the products and information necessary to help parents create a memorable birthday party.

We offer an extensive assortment of products in one convenient location, thus eliminating time-consuming steps required to purchase products at multiple retail locations. And our ability to design and manufacture our own product enables us to develop unique exclusive products and quickly react to consumer trends. We believe this combination of factors creates a more compelling shopping experience than traditional retail stores offer.

That depends on your merchandise total, and the shipping method you choose. The table below gives the shipping and handling costs within the US.

Every purchase is backed by our 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you're not happy with your purchase, just send it back to us within 14 days from the time you received it. Just follow the return steps on the back of the invoice that came with your order. Please keep in mind that refunds are for the cost of the merchandise only and return shipping charges are not refundable.

If you return something that has been used, worn, altered, is missing items, or is without the original packaging or garment tag it can't be credited back to your account. So please double-check to make sure you've included all of the pieces and packaging before you return it. Keep in mind that there may be a minimum 15% restocking fee for returned items that fall outside our normal return guidelines, including unauthorized refused packages. There is also a minimum 15% restocking fee if more than five of one item is ordered and returned.

We can't take certain items back unless they're returned in the original, unopened factory-sealed packaging. Non-Returnable Items include: wigs, facial hair, teeth, fangs, undergarments, hosiery, video tapes, DVDs, CDs, eyelashes and cosmetics. Personalized items cannot be returned unless they are incorrect due to a manufacturer error. Wholesale purchases and volume discount orders are also not returnable.  

Please note: Costume styles can change without notice due to a change in the manufacturer's production. These changes, no matter how slight, are beyond our control. We apologize for any inconvenience. We'll post any changes made to costumes in the web site descriptions and images as soon as we find out about them. Thank you for being patient with us with this issue.

• 2 Day Air Shipping: $13.95 for the first pound, each additional pound is $2.

Do you accept returns?*

Any order that contains 4 or more of the same item and is returned is considered a special order and is subject to a 15% restocking fee and all other return policies apply.
Once orders are placed it is impossible for us to cancel them since we ship out most orders within hours after the order is placed and if you need to cancel it you must wait to get the package and then return it using our return form.

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, simply return it in its original packaging within 30 days, and we will gladly exchange it or refund you for the price of the merchandise. All items must be unworn, unwashed and with their original tags.

For your safety and the safety of others, FlirtCatalog.com strictly complies with all Health Code regulations. All sales of opened hosiery, bodystocking, teddies, panties, wigs, and underwear are final, and returns will not be accepted. Items that smell of perfume or smoke or have been exposed to pet hair, will also not be returned.

All Halloween Costumes must be returned within 15 days of sales invoice date – NO EXCEPTIONS!

Once your return is received and inspected, we will either exchange it or issue a refund depending on what you have selected on your return form. Please allow 1-2 weeks processing time. Please note that some credit card company may take additional 2-10 business days to post the credit to your account.

Items that are not returned within 30 days, or that are not in their original condition will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.

pinatas.com is a fully owned family business started in 1988.
The mother and son team of Michael Balibrera and Esther Armendariz started this business...

Robert Armendariz, Adrian Armendariz, and Al Balibrera joined the company
a few years later and hold important positions within the company.

Our focus, until 2000, has been to manufacture and sell wholesale pinatas
to thousands of supermarkets, party stores and discount stores in North America. In 2000,
we started a web presence to sell retail pinatas and other party supplies 
to individual consumers via the internet. This business has grown significantly in the last two years.

Immediately they gained market share. During the last 16 years, we have helped
the pinata business grow tremendously in the US and Canada. We have shipped pinatas
to every city and state in the US, extending the knowledge and use of this kid party game.

Today, we have pinatas manufactured on the two major Mexican borders of Juarez and Tijuana.
Over 600 people work in our manufacturing centers in these two cities.

Our office/warehouse in El Paso, Texas is capably staffed by 20 employees,
either working in the offices or warehouse.

Our company is family owned (no Wall Street, big corporate stuff here) and has been in business for the past 83 years. I have been involved in the company for the past 19 years, my how time flies! My husband and I have worked together the entire time, and somehow we have managed to survive.

We offer four great choices for delivery of your order.

To ensure proper credit, fill out the return form and enclose it with the items you are returning. All merchandise must be returned within 30 days of receipt. Only unused items with unbroken seals and packaging may be returned. A 15% restocking fee may apply to returned gossamer or background materials. We will credit your original method of payment, excluding delivery charges and restocking fee. Products that have been custom printed, specially cut or assembled are not returnable. Health regulations prohibit the return of hats, tiaras, temporary tattoos or any apparel that has been worn as well as any food items. For returns originating outside of the U.S., please mark on the box "U.S. goods being returned."
