- Pro Audio: Up to 30 days. All hardware can be returned, except opened software. Must include all original packaging, materials.
- A/V Receivers, DVD recorders, Blu-Ray DVD players and all recorders cannot be returned. In the event they are defective they carry a manufacturers warranty. All other audio products have a 7 day return policy.
- All DJ Equipment have a 7 day return policy. This excludes all recorders and items that contain hard drives.
- Car Equipment that has not been installed can be returned within 7 days
- Any installed car equipment cannot be returned to us. Please contact the manufacturer directly for support.
- GPS Navigation Systems can be returned for refund or exchange within 14 days. Navigon GPS Units cannot be returned. If defective, they must be returned to the manufacturer for repair
- Projectors may be returned to us only if defective. Exchanges are for same model number only. If defective, exchanges must be made within 7 days of acceptance of delivery. Absolutely no refunds will be given on Projectors
- Laptops may be returned to us only if defective. Exchanges are for same model number only. If defective, exchanges must be made within 7 days of acceptance of delivery. Absolutely no refunds will be given on laptops.
- Please be informed that there are NO returns or exchanges on any televisions.
- Air Conditioners cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Musical Instruments: Drum Sets and Cymbals are non-returnable items.

- Nintendo WII Can not be returned or exchanged if defective you must call the manufacturer

Shipping:
Shipping charges include UPS ground & insurance rates. In most cases we double box the merchandise so it does not get damaged in transit. If any damage is noticed when you receive the package - do not accept it. UPS will return the damaged item back to us. We will reship another unit out at no charge. Please allow 7 to 10 working days to receive your order.
If you sign and accept the package and notice after UPS has left that the merchandise is damaged, call UPS at 800-PICK-UPS to notify them. They will have an inspector come out to you to inspect the damaged item. Once this is completed and the item is picked up by UPS, we will ship out another to you.

Returning Items For A Refund:
We have a 15% restocking fee for any order that is returned UN-OPENED and still factory sealed. We only will honor this for the first 10 days - after that it is exchanged for like product only. The original manufacturers box must not be defaced or altered in anyway and must be kept throughout the manufacturer's warranty period. We will not accept returned items without the original box the unit was shipped in. Merchandise initially returned as defective, which is not actually defective,

In 1998 our family boom box sputtered its last sound and died. After the memorial service, I suggested to my wife we splurge and buy a full stereo system. With her blessing, and a snug budget of $1,500, the shopping began. Little did I know I was going to step into a kind of hell on earth I didn’t know existed. So many speaker choices, dozens of them, and all displayed in an acoustically engineered showroom that didn’t begin to resemble my family room. Then there was the sales shpiel, droned by a commissioned salesman I was sure had just been lifted out of a car seat, and who flat lined
every time I asked a tough question. But it was the markup that made me swallow my tongue. I used to build speakers in high school. I knew what the parts cost, and I knew if I paid the retail price, I would essentially be buying the distribution channel, not the speakers themselves.
Then the light went on, not so much like a revelation, but more like a logical epiphany to a really screwy situation. I thought, “I’ll build the speakers myself. ”But the big epiphany, the kahuna of epiphanies, the one for which I am forever grateful, came a few weeks later, incited by a guy in Mexico I was talking to about the sonic capacity of Peruvian hardwood. He asked, “Are you going to make a business out of building speakers?” And while the prospect of doing so had never occurred to me, what leaped out of my mouth was “Yes.”
With that "yes," the vision to build remarkable sounding speakers at a remarkably low price was instantaneously born. Of course, it was a no-brainer that the prime way to do this was to sell direct to the customer online. Cut out the middleman, the distribution channel, all the bureaucracy that sucks a budget dry, then pour that cash into developing and manufacturing kick ass speakers. The boon to the customer? Extraordinary speakers at half the price of retail.
So, what started at a budget of $1,500 in 1998 turned into a million dollars in capital within months. And while my wife and I put off buying the speaker system of our dreams, within time we finally got it. It’s called the Aperion Audio Intimus 5.1 System. The best thing about this story? THE RETURN -- NO SHIPPING COSTS, NO RESTOCKING FEES, NO SWEAT
Within 30 days, if you choose to return Aperion’s speakers, simply call us at 1-888-880-8992 to get a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). We’ll ask you a few simple questions and arrange the return. An email with an electronic shipping label will be promptly sent with instructions. Then you simply print it out the label(s), and stick them on the box(es). Once that's completed, you have a choice on how it gets back to us: 1. drop it off at any FedEx location, 2. hand it over to any FedEx driver, or 3. if you have daily FedEx pick up at work, hand over the packages to them. That's it!"
Once your return merchandise arrives, we will inspect it to ensure it has been shipped back to us in its original condition. Upon a satisfactory inspection, we’ll issue a full credit for your original purchase price. For any product not shipped back in its original condition, an appropriate restocking fee will be charged. Wires and connective cables are only eligible for return if they are unused and returned in their original packaging. No refund will be issued for products that have been damaged, altered, or abused.
HANG ON TO THE ORIGINAL PACKING MATERIALS
Be sure and return the merchandise back to Aperion in the original packaging materials. If you have tossed them, new packing materials can be sent to you at a nominal cost. Our home theater systems are heavy and can get damaged in shipping without proper protection. If you can, keep your packing materials during and beyond your warranty period, just in case they need to be sent back for service.

Return policy
You can return most items within 45 days of purchase for full refund of the purchase price and sales tax if applicable, minus the shipping charges. If the return is a result of our error then we will pay for all shipping costs incurred.
Returns for replacement more than 45 days beyond date of purchase will be handled by manufacturer warranty if applicable and will incur a $5.45 handling fee (inclusive of shipping).
There are no refunds for products returned after 45 days from purchase.

Store Pickup
lets you buy online, avoid shipping charges
and pick up your order in as little as 45
minutes after you place it. (Some items,
such as TVs, large appliances and mobile
phones with plans, take slightly longer.)
Here's how it works:
1. Place an
eligible item in your cart and choose the
Pick Up option.
2. Click
Select Store, enter your
ZIP code or city/state, and choose the store
where you'd like to pick up your purchase.
3. Complete
your order.
4. Wait to
receive two e-mails from us:
-
Order confirmation – Verifies
that we've received your order.
-
Pickup notification – Lets you
know your order is ready for pickup. It
will also tell you what to bring to the
store.
5. At the
store, look for the Store Pickup sign — or
ask the associate at the door to direct you
to the right place.
Bring to the
Store:
- Your
state-issued photo ID
- The
credit card used for the purchase (if
you used one)
- Your
order number (for a speedier process)
Important: Only the person who
placed the order and is named on the
purchasing credit card may pick it up.
If you used
PayPal or only a gift card or Pitch In Card
for your purchase, just bring your ID and
order number.
If you used a
new Best Buy credit card that you have not
yet received in the mail, just bring your ID
and order number. Tell the store associate
that you're waiting to receive your new Best
Buy credit card.
Virtual and
one-time-use credit cards cannot be used for
Store Pickup.

have reserved parking spaces for Store
Pickup customers. |
Returning
Online Purchases
You can
return BestBuy.com purchases to a Best Buy
store, or by mail. We do not offer exchanges
for online purchases.

Return Policy:

If, for whatever reason, you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you can return it to B&H within 15 days of receipt of item(s). Claims for damaged or missing items must be received within two business days of receipt of merchandise.
