If for any reason you are not satisfied with any of our products, unused merchandise may be returned for exchange within 30 days from the date of receipt and subject to the provisions below:
The product must have been purchased via the www.solio.com online store. The product must be returned in its original packaging; Items returned for either exchange or refund must be in their original condition and shipped back in their original packaging. They must be returned undamaged, unused and unopened. The original sales receipt must be enclosed (photo copies accepted).
A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) must be requested within 30 days of receiving the order: RMA requests past the 30-day period will NOT be accepted. Return packages without clearly marked RMA number will NOT be accepted and returned at the customer’s expense. Product must be mailed within 15 days of receiving an RMA form: No return packages will be accepted after this time period. Please return all products via insured parcel post. This shipping method allows for tracking of the package. Better Energy will not be responsible for lost or damaged
packages. In addition to your 30-day returns guarantee, customers in the European Union are entitled to a statutory cooling-off period of seven business days.

Shipping costs are not refundable. No refund will be made on the shipping portions of your order. We do not accept COD. The cost of initial shipping and all return shipping is sole responsibility of the customer. Our Return Policies
All orders from X10 Wireless Technology Incorporated (X10 WTI) may be returned within 30 days for a full refund with the exception of the products listed below. In order to return or exchange (under the warranty guidelines described below) all or part of your order, you must contact us for a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA#). Call toll free (800) 675-3044 to obtain an RMA# from an X10 representative. All returned merchandise must be in the original packaging including manuals, accessories, cables, etc. with the authorization (RMA#) clearly
printed on the outside of the package. Return requests must be made within 30 days of the receipt date. All free items must be returned together with purchased items in order to receive a full refund. Any shipping and/or handling charges on the original order cannot be refunded. At our discretion, we may levee a restocking fee of 15% of the cost of items returned. Any vouchers or gift certificates earned by a returned order will be voided, and the voucher amount will be charged to any order to which it was applied.
X10 WTI is not responsible for shipping costs or damage on returned items. Units to be returned should be packed carefully. Please be advised that packages sent by normal US Postal Service cannot be tracked to ensure delivery. Since X10 WTI cannot provide credit for a return without confirming its receipt, we recommend that you use a delivery service that can be tracked and or insured.

X10 Wireless Technology Incorporated warrants X10 products to be free from defective material and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the original date of purchase. X10 WTI agrees to repair or replace, at its sole discretion, a defective X10 product if returned to X10 WTI within the warranty period and accompanied by proof of purchase. This warranty does not extend to any X10 WTI products which have been subject to misuse, neglect, accident, incorrect wiring or to use in violation of operating instructions furnished by us, nor extend to any units altered or repaired for warranty defect by anyone other than

What is the difference between DVD-R and DVD+R?
They are the format types. Buyers need to purchase the disks with proper format type which is compatible to the burner format. It is hard to say that one format is better than the other. Neither have significant advantages over the other. RMA Terms & Conditions
We suggest you read the complete return policy before purchase.
- Each return MUST have an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. Please write the RMA number on the outside of the box when you return your merchandise. Unauthorized return products will be rejected.
- All RMA requests must be filed within 30 days (45 days for international customers) after the invoice date. No refunds after 30 days (45 days for international customers).
- One RMA number can only be issued for one invoice. If you have different items from different invoices, a different RMA number must be requested.
- RMA number is valid for 12 days after the date of issue. Customer is responsible for returning the merchandise within that period. No returns will be accepted or 20% restocking fee will be charged if we received your shipments beyond that period.
- The use of a carrier that can track packages is strongly recommended when returning merchandise. Customers are also responsible for insuring the returned items. YesBuy.net will not be responsible for any shipping loss from customer's side.
- Customer must inform YesBuy.net of any order discrepancy within 7 days of the delivery date for accurate investigation. Physical damage to any product will void the product's warranty and the RMA Policy.
- All return (s) must have the original packaging and accessories (blank warranty cards, UPC code attached, manuals etc), and in "as new" condition.
- Original shipping fee is non-refundable. Buyer is also responsible for return shipping costs and insurance. YesBuy.net will not reimburse any customer return shipping cost.
