- For purchases from January to end of November, please report any and all returns within 10 days of merchandise arrival (no exceptions). PLEASE NOTE, DURING THE CHRISTMAS SEASON, WE HAVE NO PROBLEM IF YOU RETURN THE ITEM OR EXCHANGE AFTER CHRISTMAS, AT ANY TIME AFTER, BUT NO LATER THEN JANUARY 20TH, of whatever year it is.
You are definitely guaranteed 100%, but our store policies must be followed for the 100% guarantee. Thank you very much for understanding!
- IMPORTANT...You MUST return the merchandise (even if damaged or not working) in the same condition as received, with original packing, without any writing on the box the items came in. If you tell us the box is not playing / bad movement, and return it with damage, we will not be able to get you a refund.

Most new and unopened items can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be returned in new or unused condition and contain all original materials included with the shipment. What is your return policy?
If the item is damaged or defective, please
call us immediately for instructions. Damage
claims must be filed within 7 days of
receipt of goods. Claims for defective items
must be made within 30 days upon receipt of
goods. Normal wear is not considered a
defect.
If the item shipped separately to you by our
vendor (drop ship item), please call for
instructions. Personalized shipped
separately items are refunded in the form of
a gift certificate equal to the original
price paid or a merchandise exchange. These
items have a 90 day return period.
If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with
any Creative Irish Gifts purchase, simply
return it within 90 days and we will
promptly refund the item price, or replace
the product free of charge. Returned items
should be in original condition. Normal time
to process your return is 10-14 days upon
receipt of package.
When returning any part of your order, please
print and complete

shipment. Carefully secure the package and
the merchandise to prevent damage in

Founding owners Garvin and Helen Cremer first
conceived the idea for mail order food gifts
while Christmas shopping for Garvin's relatives
in 1946. Familiar with cheese and sausage gift
packs
sold locally in Wisconsin, the Cremers' developed
the concept of promoting similar gift packages
for distribution to customers through the mail.
We now make most of the chocolates, cheese
spreads, logs & balls, jams, jellies & preserves
that are featured in our gift selections catalog
right here in our Wisconsin kitchens. Many of
our chocolates and cheeses have received awards
