Along with our proven pick, pack and ship operation, Bonsai Boy uses the finest packaging materials available to assure that your live tree is not in any way damaged by the carrier while in transit.
If you provide a valid email address, a tracking number will be sent to that address after the close of business on the day your order is shipped.
In order to prevent live trees from being held by the carrier over the long weekend, we ship all orders to arrive before the end of the current week (including Saturday) providing that we receive your order prior to 1:00 PM Eastern Time on Tuesday.
If your order is placed after 1:00 Eastern time on Tuesday, your order will generally be shipped the following Monday with the following exception: If your order is being delivered to an address east of the Mississippi, Bonsai Boy will use best efforts to deliver your live tree by the end of the current week. If ordering as a gift for a specific delivery date, please call 1-800-790-2763 for confirmation of delivery date.
Please note that we cannot ship to PO boxes.
Please note that there is an $8.95 minimum shipping fee for most accessory items when shipped alone, however, for most accessories, the shipping is free with a tree order.

Ordering from us is risk-free. If you are not satisfied with your tree when you receive it, return it within 1 week of receipt and we will provide you with a replacement, exchange or full refund. Returned merchandise must be in new
condition with its original packing and

are not in saleable condition (opened boxes,
damaged/torn packaging, missing instruction
booklets or documentation).
Opened Laser Stars, Fog Machines, Bubble
Machines, Strobe Lights and Disco Lighting
are not returnable. We will be happy to
exchange defective units for an exact
replacement.
Due to pet health and safety concerns,
opened Pet Products are not returnable.
We will not accept returns on opened
Thermos products, opened Pet Carriers,
Litecubes, barware/pitchers/glasses,
whistles, fog juice, fog scents and bubble
juice.
Special orders, electronics, opened hand
held games, drop ship orders (Crosley
Electronics & Telephones, custom made water
panels, palm trees and aquarium coffee
tables etc.) will be subject to a
re-stocking fee of 15% to 30% as imposed by
the manufacturer/distributor.
We will not accept any returns/exchanges on
seasonal items (Halloween, Christmas,
Hanukkah items), unless defective and
returned for replacement or store credit.
2. If you
receive a product not on your order, please
call 888-463-3332, we will ship the correct
item(s) to you, along with a free shipping
label to return the incorrect product. We
will pick the incorrect product up from you
at our expense, if we do not receive the
incorrect item back
within 15 days we will be forced to charge you
for the cost of the item and shipping.
3. If you think
you have received a defective product,
please call 888-463-3332 within 5 days
of your purchase delivery. We may be able to
solve the problem or guide you in the
correct usage of the product. NOTE: Cloudy
lava lamps and items requiring replacement
batteries or bulbs are not considered
defective. If we determine a product to be
defective, we will exchange it for an
identical item or offer an in-store credit,
at our discretion. You must first obtain an
RMA (see
"Return Merchandise Authorization").
The amount of the in-store credit you may
receive for the defective item will be the
price you paid for the item. Products
returned as defective are thoroughly
examined and tested; any misrepresentation
of item condition will result in immediate
refusal of your return.
You must obtain
a Return Merchandise Authorization number
and ship returns or exchanges back to us
within 10 days of the RMA issue date.
Products for return or exchange must be in
new and re-sellable condition and received
at CoolStuffCheap.com in the same condition
in which it was shipped, with all
accessories, packing materials, manuals and
other materials included.

returnable unless defective. All claims of

You must repackage the item in its original box
with your receipt and RMA code. You must ship

Executive
Essentials Return Policy
We sincerely hope
that you are pleased with your purchase. If you
are not satisfied with your purchase, or have
simply changed your mind, Executive Essentials
offers a 30-day 'no questions asked' return
policy on any unused items. Please call
Executive Essentials Customer Service Department
at 1-800-680-7367 for a return authorization
code or e-mail:
sales@executiveessentials.com.
Once you have received your authorization code,
please ship your items prepaid. Upon receipt of
your items, a refund will be issued for the
amount of your returned items and any applicable
taxes. The original shipping and handling fees
are not refundable.
Due to high shipping costs, Executive Essentials
will be charging a shipping surcharge of $10.00
on any packages that are returned to us as
undeliverable due to incorrect or missing
address information or refusal of the shipment.
Unfortunately, fountain pens that have been
filled with ink and personalized items are not
returnable.
Note that Executive Essentials unconditionally
guarantees all merchandise to be free from any
manufacturer's defects.

Returns: We realize how important it is

Chimpfeet. Therefore gifts can be returned for
exchange or refund within 30 days of purchase if
not suitable. All gifts must be returned in 'as
purchased and unused condition' and returned in
the original packaging with the packing slip. We
are unable to refund gift box or shipping and
handling charges unless your item is damaged,
defective or incorrect. Please Note: Pet
carriers cannot be returned due to strict health
laws.
Exchanges: We are happy to
exchange any item you purchased from Chimpfeet
within the 30 days returns period. There will be
a nominal shipping for these exchanges dependent

Quality and Freshness
Mrs. Beasley's is proud to provide

hand-made, freshly baked gift items
available anywhere. We use only the
finest ingredients for our products,
including Ghiradelli® chocolates,
fresh-squeezed California lemons and
limes, Hawaiian coconuts and
macadamia nuts, etc. Our products
are handmade by the same bakers who
were involved in the start-up of
both Mrs. Beasley's and Miss Grace
Lemon Cakes, 30 years ago.

How do we ship and deliver?
We currently offer five different
shipping methods detailed below;
however, not every method is
available for every product.
Multiple orders are not bulked
together; they are billed and
shipped separately. Therefore,
all packages may not arrive at
the same time. ORDERS PLACED
AFTER NOON (PST) WILL BE SHIPPED
THE FOLLOWING BUSINESS DAY.

Delivery dates can not be
guaranteed. However, based
on the day of the week the
product is shipped the
following can usually be
expected: California: 1-3
days, West: 2-4 days,
Midwest/Southwest: 4-6 days,
East/South: 6-8 days.
