RETURNS
Merchandise purchased at Golf Outlets of America, Inc. may be returned
to our warehouse within 30 days from the date of receipt provided that they
are returned brand new and in the original packaging.
Return the goods with a note that includes your request, order number,
full name, email and we'll contact you when it arrives to arrange credit.
The customer will be responsible for the postage costs to return equipment to us. We will attempt to sort out a problem within 5 days of receiving the complaint.
Please report
non-delivery after 7 days of placing the order.
IT MUST BE before 21 days if delivery/non delivery is within the USA .
If an item needs replacing please phone or email, within 14 days of receiving the goods,
so we can make arrangements.
If the goods are faulty, damaged or different from those ordered, please contact us
within 7 days of you receiving the order. We will replace/repair faulty goods free of
charge within one year of purchase under manufacturer warranty.
If the goods are ordered in error we will refund the goods in full, if sent back

efficiently process your order after we have received the merchandise back in our warehouse. The RA number is valid 15 days from the date issued.
The customer is responsible for all shipping costs and associated expenses of return merchandise including golf components, tools, accessories and assembled golf clubs. Customers wishing to return assembled base model or upgraded Hireko custom golf clubs must first view our 60 Day Satisfaction Guarantee policy here. Customers are responsible for all associated shipping costs to return base model or upgraded custom golf clubs not covered under the One Year Manufacturer's Warranty. Hireko Golf will not accept returns on items in the case of customer induced pop-up
marks, dings, chips, tire marks, deep scratches, unusual rusting or excessively bent shafts.
Return Shipping
All returned shipments must be accompanied by the original or a copy of the original invoice or packing list. The Original Sales Receipt can be any Hireko receipt, shipping invoice or Internet screen printout.
FedEx ground shipping will be covered by Hireko Golf on warranty and defective returns only. Customers are responsible for shipping all returned merchandise back to Hireko. Customers are requested to appropriately pack the returned items in the original box and use adequate packing material. All returns must be shipped freight prepaid.
Hireko Golf will give store credit only on all approved returned items. Hireko will not issue a credit on the same credit card as the original purchase. |

Returns and Exchanges can not be processed without first receiving a Return Authorization (RA) number from Pinemeadow Golf. We use the RA number to identify the return. Once we get the club back in our hands, we use the number to expedite the return process. Here are instructions to get your Return Authorization number:
- You may submit a return or exchange online and select the items you will be returning. You will need to identify the reason for return and credit card type. If you do not know your original order number please contact one of our Customer Service Representives by phone at (503) 352-6189, toll-free at (800) 309-6878 or email them directly.
- Once your return is approved, an RA (Return Authorization) number is assigned to your return. This RA number will be valid for 15 days from the date issued. It is how we track the return and any credits related to your order.
- Please carefully package your returned product with the RA number and the last name of the purchaser clearly labeled on the outside of the box. Packages without an RA number or last name on the outside of the box will be rejected. Our shipping address for returns is:
