Terms of Sale. Unless otherwise stated in the seller's Auction Description, the terms of sale of an auction item are as follows:
- Buyer pre-pays in US funds by personal or business check, bank check, money order, or Escrow.
- Personal or business checks will be held until they clear (7 business days).
- Buyer pays estimated actual cost of shipping and insurance.
- Payment must be received within 10 days of initial contact by seller
- Item is guaranteed to be working and as described when delivered; no other warranty (express or implied) is offered by seller.
- Firearms must be shipped only to an FFL Holder. Buyer must mail a copy of his (or his transfer dealer's) license, signed in blue or red ink, to the seller before the item can be shipped. Buyer must make arrangements with a Transfer Dealer before placing a bid.
- Other items such as ammunition or knives may require proof of age before they can be shipped.
The seller can hold personal checks or money orders until payment clears for a maximum of seven (7) business days. Items must be shipped promptly upon clearance of funds. In general, no transaction should take over 30 days from the close of auction until the buyer receives the item. Seller (or seller's common carrier) is responsible for the item until the item is received by the buyer or the buyer's transfer dealer. We strongly recommend insuring all shipments and using delivery confirmation wherever possible. |

We offer a 30-Day Money Back Guarantee on all new and unused merchandise in its original packaging, (airsoft products and paintballs excluded). Fill out your Return Request Online
Please Note:
All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
Used products may not be returned. Use is defined as any attempt to open packaging, fire, install, wear or wash.
All manufactures provide at least a 90-day (some offer 1 year) full parts and labor warranty on guns.
Airsoft products do not come with a warranty.
All purchasers of paintball markers must be 18 years of age. Purchasers agree to abide to all local laws and regulations in their area.
Purchasers are responsible for all importation taxes and duties imposed. All paintball pellet sales are final. Breakage is insured in shipment. Please contact carrier immediately if damage is noted on parcel. We will attempt to ship you your desired color in paintballs, but color is not guaranteed. Used products may not be returned. All defective products must be repaired / replaced / exchanged / refunded by the manufacturer.
We will not accept exchanges / returns on defective merchandise, please contact the manufacturer.
Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the purchaser. Shipping will be charged on returns that received free shipping. Shipping costs will not be refunded on returns or refused packages.

Exchange/Refund Policy

- Within 30 days of receipt of your order, you may return any item in new condition, with its original packaging and any accessories for a full product refund.
- We do not refund any shipping charges. Items that are used, not in original packaging or otherwise not in new, sellable condition are subject to a minimum 15 percent (15%) restocking fee.
- Do not attempt to disassemble any items. Attempts to change the appearance or function of any item you purchased from us will void the warranty and your right to return the product for a full refund.
- If you just want to exchange an item, please indicate that on the back of the invoice.
- All the exchanges and refunds will be processed within 2 weeks from the moment we receive all the item(s) back.
