How do I return my watch?
We are glad to accept returns on our merchandise. Returns are quick and simple and may take as little as 3-5 minutes over the phone with one of our courteous customer service representatives.
Refund:
All merchandise to be returned or exchanged must be in new and unused condition. There are no returns or exchanges on special ordered items. Merchandise cannot be accepted for return or exchange when the item purchased was worn, scratched, or sized. Please make sure the original manufacture’s packaging is intact; all manuals, booklets and warranty cards are included; and the “Not Returnable If Removed” label is still attached.
Returned merchandise must be accompanied by a valid Return Authorization Number on the shipping label or package (never write anything on the manufacturer's box). A Return Authorization Number can be obtained by calling Bacario.com, toll-free, at 888-933-4900.
Bacario.com will accept returned merchandise for a refund in the original form of payment for 30 days from the date of purchase. Merchandise returned for a refund will be subject to a 5% restocking fee. Shipping charges are not refundable and will be assessed on items which originally were shipped for free. |

We do not replace jewelry stripped or cracked by over-tightening. Damaged Acrylic balls from alcohol cleaning will not be replaced. Also, threaded balls on all jewelry should be checked often to make sure they have not come loose.

Any purchases made by either a watch manufacturer, watch brand distributor, or any person acting on their behalf, in any manner are not eligible to be returned to us for any reason. However, if for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of the original purchase date for a full refund or exchange.
To return, replace or exchange jewelry, please follow the steps below:
1. Return jewelry in its original condition, in its original packaging, with its original tags, and with no evidence of wear. The receipt, tags and the Certificate of Authenticity must also be included in order to receive a full refund.
2. If you were entitled to a free gift based on a spending threshold and your returns drop the total of your order below that threshold, you will be asked to return the gift. If you would like to keep the gift, we will charge you the value of the gift, which will be stated on our free gift offer.
3. Please include the reason for the return on the invoice that was included with the jewelry. Your feedback will allow us to serve you better!
4. Occasionally, after we have processed and shipped an order it will be returned marked ‘return to sender’ or ‘refused’. To cover a portion of our shipping and restocking costs we will charge you 25% of the price of the merchandise.
