How do I return my watch?
We are glad to accept returns on our merchandise. Returns are quick and simple and may take as little as 3-5 minutes over the phone with one of our courteous customer service representatives.
Refund:
All merchandise to be returned or exchanged must be in new and unused condition. There are no returns or exchanges on special ordered items. Merchandise cannot be accepted for return or exchange when the item purchased was worn, scratched, or sized. Please make sure the original manufacture’s packaging is intact; all manuals, booklets and warranty cards are included; and the
“Not Returnable If Removed” label is still attached.
Returned merchandise must be accompanied by a valid Return Authorization Number on the shipping label or package (never write anything on the manufacturer's box). A Return Authorization Number can be obtained by calling Bacario.com, toll-free, at 888-933-4900.
Bacario.com will accept returned merchandise for a refund in the original form of payment for 30 days from the date of purchase. Merchandise returned for a refund will be subject to a 5% restocking fee. Shipping charges are not refundable and will be assessed on items which originally were shipped for free. |

Collectible Items are large bulky items that are packaged individually and can not be shipped with other items due to size restriction. Limit of 1 Collectible item per invoice.
Wholesale Items are items sold in Lots. Limit of 1 Lot per invoice. They may not be combined with any other item(s) or orders.

All items being returned or exchanged must have an RMA number. Please request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, by phone or email prior to returning the item. Any item returned without an RMA number will not be accepted and will be sent back at the buyers expense or an extra $50 RMA processing fee will apply. Any purchases made by either a watch manufacturer, watch brand distributor, or any person acting on their behalf, in any manner are not eligible to be returned to us for any reason. All returns and exchanges require 1 week processing time. |

- ALL customers wishing to return their purchases must first obtain a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number. A request for an RMA# must be made within 30 days of order delivery and be returned back to us no later than 6 days after an RMA# has been issued. There is an extension to this return period during Oct 1st through Dec 31st (see site for details). If a package arrives without the RMA# and/or your signature is not visible on the outside, it will be refused by our receiving department.
- Freight charges for all non-defective returns will be the responsibility of the customer.
- All returns must still have the "Not Returnable if Removed Tag" affixed as it was when shipped. It must not be worn, used, sized (by anyone other than eWatches.com / The Time Zone) or altered in any way. Watches showing any sign of wear cannot be returned. If they do show wear, they will be returned immediately at the customer's expense and no refund will be granted.
- Special orders cannot be returned unless they are found to be defective. Special orders are marked as such.
- All returns must have non-damaged packaging (preferably unopened) and be in resalable condition, containing all original contents (Instruction manuals, Warranty Cards, Watch Tags, Removed Links, etc.) otherwise, a maximum of a 20% restocking fee will apply.
- If you received a free gift with the watch you are returning, you will need to return the gift or eWatches.com/TheTimeZone.com will charge you for the value of the gift. Value of the free gifts is displayed at http://www.ewatches.com/Information/FreeGifts.html
- If the watch is worn, visibly used or the tag is removed, you cannot return the watch. You are, however, fully protected under the warranty and must work with the manufacturer to obtain either a replacement or a repair.

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we will accept returns of unworn, unwashed merchandise for up to 90 days from purchase for a full refund or exchange. Returns
To return your unworn products for a refund please follow these steps:
- Detach the Return Detail* and keep the Order Summary for your records.
- Circle the merchandise you are returning on the Return Detail slip, enter the quantity if more than one of the same product was ordered, mark return, and indicate the appropriate reason code for the return.
- Enclose the Return Detail along with the merchandise in a well-sealed box.
- Attach the supplied return label to the outside of your package and ship us the merchandise**.
When processing your return, we will refund the same credit card and/or Fossil.com Gift Certificate used to place the original order. |
