Titanium Kay provides a 30-day money back guarantee on all products. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, simple notify us by e-mail (), and we will immediately issue a return address. The following terms must be met by you:
- Return the merchandise to us within 30 days of your original receipt of the order
- The products must be returned in new, resellable condition.
- There will be a 10% restocking fee.
- Shipping charges will be subtracted from your total refund.
- Merchandise that has been altered or damaged in any way is not eligible for a refund and will immediately be returned upon such determination.
- Customers are responsible for the freight/postage for the return shipping.

CONDITIONS OF LIFETIME WARRANTY
If your Titanium Kay product is found to have a defect in material or workmanship, Titanium Kay will repair such defect without charge for materials or labor. DIAMONDS AND GEMSTONES ARE NOT COVERED BY THIS WARRANTY. Titanium Kay is not liable for lost or cracked stones, but in the event a stone happens to loosen or fall out, Titanium Kay will reset the stone at no extra cost. |

SHIPPING: Standard Ground is $6.95 for the first item and $2.00 for each item thereafter, and typically takes 3-9 business days, with smaller items such as jewelry on the faster standard delivery. Express Delivery (Normally UPS, FEDEX or AIRBORNE 2nd or 3rd Day Air) is $24.95 for the first item and $12.00 for each item thereafter. Please note certain items and special orders which are exceptionally heavy may have additional shipping charges and/or might not be able to be shipped via Express. Please note Express Order
placed before 2pm, MST are processed on that day. Orders recieved after 2pm will be processed on the next day, with delivery occurring 2 to 3 days from that day. Please note orders with multiple items might ship from different warehouses and arrive a few days apart.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: We process and ship internationally all the time, but please be aware that international orders typically are subject to additional shipping charges. Please note, if additional shipping is required, we will not ship an order until receiving a customer approval of the revised shipping charges. Please note any customer or duties assessed previous to delivery is the responsibility of the recipient.
RETURNS: We have a 14 day return policy for a full item refund and credit (excluding original shipping and handling charges which are not refundable). All returns require an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number issued by us, to be placed on the outside of the package. Please email us (by replying to your original order confirmation or shipping confirmation) or call us to receive an RMA number. We will issue an RMA, and instructions on how and where to return the item(s).
Returns are requested to be made in the items original packaging with sufficient padding (as it was originally shipped) via trackable and insured means, and upon receipt we will promptly issue a credit, per your original payment, for the returned item(s). Please note original shipping charges are not refundable. Additionally, certain items and special orders items are subject to a 15% restocking fee, along with any Cancel of a Special Order item, which have entered a stage of production. Any return received without an RMA may be refused or charged an additional restocking fee, and for any item received that
is not complete or in original condition, we reserve the right to increase the restocking fee. Please note that an RMA number does not guarantee final disposition. All returns are subject to inspection. Refunds can only be issued back to the original purchaser and will be made in the same method as the original method of payment (e.g. payment by check, refund by check, payment by credit card, refund by credit card, payment by PayPal, refund by PayPal, etc.) In circumstances where in kind refund is unavailable, internal credit will be issued. Please wait 8 days from date we received the package for us to
process your return.
