Pricing
When users subscribe to a
plan, they receive "credits" for content
downloads. Each subscription plan provides
credits for a specific number of ringtones,
graphics and/or games
and applications. Users can cancel at any
time by sending a "STOP" text message to
75555 or by calling the customer service at
866-856-JAMS. Monthly Plans will renew
automatically until users cancel their plan.
To download content users must have a
carrier data plan. If content is not
supported by the handset, we will deliver
next best content to the phone. All charges
will be applied to users' wireless phone
bill, or in the case of a prepaid service
the amount will be deducted from their
prepaid balance.
Please note that for each plan, users must
agree to the Terms of Service and be
responsible for any additional messaging and data charges charged by the
mobile carrier.
