Founder Matthew Maloney began selling monk robes online. But it wasn't long until "monk robes" grew into something much, much more. Q: Can I return my order for any reason?
A: Yes! Costume Craze has a Worry-Free Return Policy! There are a few specifics to keep in mind:
• Please notify us by email or phone before returning your item(s). To receive exchange authorization before sending your item(s) back, you can reach
us at 888-922-7293 (801-796-1053, for callers outside the US & Canada) or
email us.
• Items must be postmarked within 30 days of receiving them. However, if time gets away from you, all is not lost! If you return your items after 30 days,
you will receive your refund in the form of store credit.
• If you return your items after 30 days, there will be a 15% restocking fee.
• Items must be returned in new, unused condition. We are very strict on this.
We inspect every return thoroughly for signs of wear. If you wear it or stretch it out, please don't return it! You wouldn't want to buy something you thought was brand new that someone else had worn, would you?
• You must include the entire costume with all its parts, plus the original packaging. If the costume, its parts, or the original packaging are not in perfect, unused condition, no credit will be issued.
• Clearance items are not returnable, nor are they exchangeable. All Clearance merchandise is sold "As Is."
• Some items are never returnable (for hygienic reasons). These include dog costumes, undergarments, wigs, beards, mustaches, make-up, novelty teeth, tights, and socks, and of course, any item that is sold as Clearance.
• Shipping charges are not refundable. |

Costumes may only be returned, if they are unworn and in new condition with original packaging within ten (10) days of receipt. We strongly recommend that you use our online returns website at http://costumes.upsrow.com to print a prepaid label for your return shipment. Using this fast and easy tool ensures that your return package is properly tracked and delivery receipt is confirmed. When you use our pre-paid UPS shipping label, the return shipping fee of $5.99 will be deducted from the value of your returned item(s) when we process your credit.
You may also choose your own shipping method to send us your Product Returns. However, we strongly suggest that you choose a shipping method that includes the ability to track your order. We will not be held responsible for crediting your account if you cannot verify receipt of the Product Return.

Every purchase is backed by our 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you're not happy with your purchase, just send it back to us within 14 days from the time you received it. Just follow the return steps on the back of the invoice that came with your order. Please keep in mind that refunds are for the cost of the merchandise only and return shipping charges are not refundable.
If you return something that has been used, worn, altered, is missing items, or is without the original packaging or garment tag it can't be credited back to your account. So please double-check to make sure you've included all of the pieces and packaging before you return it. Keep in mind that there may be a minimum 15% restocking fee for returned items that fall outside our normal return guidelines, including unauthorized refused packages. There is also a minimum 15% restocking fee if more than five of one item is ordered and returned.
We can't take certain items back unless they're returned in the original, unopened factory-sealed packaging. Non-Returnable Items include: wigs, facial hair, teeth, fangs, undergarments, hosiery, video tapes, DVDs, CDs, eyelashes and cosmetics. Personalized items cannot be returned unless they are incorrect due to a manufacturer error. Wholesale purchases and volume discount orders are also not returnable.
Please note: Costume styles can change without notice due to a change in the manufacturer's production. These changes, no matter how slight, are beyond our control. We apologize for any inconvenience. We'll post any changes made to costumes in the web site descriptions and images as soon as we find out about them. All of our shipping fees are based on weight of the product, the majority of our items weigh only 1 pound but some do weigh more. Do you accept returns?*
Most items can be returned within 14 days from Delivery Date. Refunds are for the price of the merchandise only and we do NOT refund any shipping charges. Any and all orders with a free shipping promotion will be credited back the price of the item less the cost of what it cost us to ship the item out to you. (Most items $6.50-7.50). For International orders the same applies no duties, taxes or customs fees are refunded under any circumstance.
The following Items are not returnable if opened under any circumstances; this is done for sanitary reasons.

 About Us pinatas.com is a fully owned family business started in 1988.
The mother and son team of Michael Balibrera and Esther Armendariz started this business...
Robert Armendariz, Adrian Armendariz, and Al Balibrera joined the company
a few years later and hold important positions within the company.
Our focus, until 2000, has been to manufacture and sell wholesale pinatas
to thousands of supermarkets, party stores and discount stores in North America. In 2000,
we started a web presence to sell retail pinatas and other party supplies
to individual consumers via the internet. This business has grown significantly in the last two years.
Immediately they gained market share. During the last 16 years, we have helped
the pinata business grow tremendously in the US and Canada. We have shipped pinatas
to every city and state in the US, extending the knowledge and use of this kid party game.
Today, we have pinatas manufactured on the two major Mexican borders of Juarez and Tijuana.
Over 600 people work in our manufacturing centers in these two cities.
Our office/warehouse in El Paso, Texas is capably staffed by 20 employees,
either working in the offices or warehouse. |

If you are not completely satisfied with our merchandise, you must contact us within
5 days after receipt of your order. You may call us at 888-746-2827 or
send your claim to webrep@pinatas.com and let us know the reason why
you want to return your order:
1. Satisfaction Guarantee: Every order we ship is 100% guaranteed to satisfy you,
our customer. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with our products,
please return product in its original carton within 5 days of your receipt and we will
gladly issue a credit to your credit card for the product's price upon receipt
of the returned merchandise in our warehouse (freight charges won't be refunded).
Returned costumes must be in their original package and in resalable condition.
2. No-Bust Guarantee: Your pinata is guaranteed to arrive at your door damage-free.
If by any chance you receive a damaged pinata please contact us and we'll file
a claim with our carrier. Simply provide us with an image of damaged pinata and,
upon receipt of this image, we will gladly either issue a credit to your credit card, or,
if you choose, we will re-ship a new pinata to you.
Pinata would be shipped using GROUND SERVICE ONLY.
NOTE: You must report any claims for damaged merchandise within
5 days after receipt of your order.
3. Shortages: Merchandise that is received short will be gladly and promptly
re-shipped using GROUND SERVICE only or you may have your account
credited for shortages.
4. Late Delivery: If you're returning merchandise because it was delivered late,
even if we shipped it within the specified 24 hours, your credit card will be
credited for the amount of merchandise only. We are not responsible
for carriers' late deliveries.
NOTE: If you decide to refuse any shipments from pinatas.com,
you are responsible for the original shipping charges to you, any duties,
taxes and/or customs charges that are incurred on the package
(on both the original and return shipments), and the cost of returning
the package to Pinatas.com. This amount will be subtracted from
your merchandise refund. |

Our  company is family owned (no Wall Street, big corporate stuff here) and has been in business for the past 83 years. I have been involved in the company for the past 19 years, my how time flies! My husband and I have worked together the entire time, and somehow we have managed to survive.

What is your return policy?
To ensure proper credit, fill out the return form and enclose it with the items you are returning. All merchandise must be returned within 30 days of receipt. Only unused items with unbroken seals and packaging may be returned. A 15% restocking fee may apply to returned gossamer or background materials. We will credit your original method of payment, excluding delivery charges and restocking fee. Products that have been custom printed, specially cut or assembled are not returnable. Health regulations prohibit the return of hats, tiaras, temporary tattoos or any apparel that has been worn as well as any food items. For returns originating outside of the U.S., please mark on the box "U.S. goods being returned."
