Should you feel your order was not completed as requested, yet have submitted your order according to our file and design specifications, we offer two types of resolutions:

1. REPLACEMENT OF DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE
If you find an error introduced by us, we will reprint it from your original file. This does not cover customer initiated errors such as but not limited to incorrect art, low resolution photography, content errors or order parameters not defined on the order, so be sure to check your proof and order parameters carefully. Follow the steps below for replacing defective merchandise (see Order Delivery above for important shipping damage information and additional requirements):

  • Contact our Customer Service Department at 1-800-260-5887 within 30 days of the invoice date.

  • Any invoice older than 30 days will not be eligible for replacement.

  • If an error was introduced by Expresscopy.com on mailed orders, we will reprint and mail the order correctly, using your original file(s).

2. REFUND

  • Contact our Customer Service Department at 1-800-260-5887 within 30 days of the invoice date.

  • Refunds are not available on orders using our First Class or Standard (Bulk) Mailing Services. If an error was introduced by Expresscopy.com on mailed orders, we will reprint and mail the order using your original file(s).

  • We will not provide refunds on items returned after 30 days nor for delays in order fulfillment due to circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters, acts of god or war and/or delays introduced by third-party suppliers or shippers.

  • Please allow 2-4 weeks for refunds to be processed and credited to your account.

For purposes of mailing or shipping your Orders through the USPS or UPS, you are required to provide Address Files and Shipping Address. This will be passed on to the relevant third party essential for the service rendered and will be used strictly under the conditions explained in the Privacy Policy. You may choose an expedited UPS service at an additional cost to you. Your orders will normally ship within 24 hours of acceptance of your order if the items selected are in stock. Step 1: Obtain Return Authorization Number
Call 800-984-9800, Ext. 2 or email service@neato.com within 30 days of the date of purchase for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Have your invoice number, account number or packing slip number available. If you are emailing us, please include the item number and quantity of the product you want to return, and the reason for the return. If you return product without an RMA #, your shipment will be refused and returned to you at your expense.


Step 2: Package and Ship Properly
To ensure that the item(s) you are returning reach us without damage or loss, make sure to properly package or box your products and ship via a carrier providing a tracking number. Non-Refundable: Special Order, Custom and Perishable items cannot be returned or exchanged unless damaged upon receipt. Please be aware that due to the nature of four-color printing, we cannot print every color available on a computer monitor. We do not color match; instead, we offer the industry standard in "pleasing color" and will make any reasonable adjustments to help correct submitted files. If Overnight Prints cannot correct the file or reprint to “pleasing color” standards, then we will issue an RMA and refund the purchase price.

If an issue arises with the printing of your product, please contact our Customer Service department

Overnight Prints will correct improper cutting, color drift, printing delays, and printing quality. The customer is responsible for and should correct files without full bleed or with incorrect color selection, incorrect resolution, incorrect file dimensions, visible crop marks, incorrect card orientation, and spelling or grammar errors. You can always send your file in to our file support department if you are unable to correct these issues yourself. If the file is printed with customer errors, you are responsible for the error and there may be a charge to reprint.

Unless you choose Pick Up or Mailing Services, you need to select one of the shipping options presented to you on the Site.
All shipping except Special COD is currently done via UPS. When choosing a shipping option, please remember that the estimated shipping transit time is based on the number of business days in transit and does not include weekends, holidays or the day the package is picked up by UPS. For instance, a product shipped 2 nd Day Air and picked up on a Thursday would be delivered by end of day Monday.
For Special COD delivery (i.e., Air Cargo, Greyhound, or other shipping methods), there is a processing fee paid to PsPrint at time of purchase for making all necessary arrangements with the carrier. In addition, the customer pays the shipping charge at time of delivery. The Special COD shipping charge is set by the carrier, and orders shipped by COD must be picked up at the carrier’s location. Delivery to your door is not included or available when you select Special COD shipping options.
Shipping transit times vary, and PsPrint assumes no responsibility for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather or any damages resulting from the failure to receive a job on time. Your order may arrive late due to unforeseen delays in delivery service, the breakdown of equipment, illness, etc.

Pick Up orders will be held for 30 days at our facility. After 30 days, we will recycle your order.

You agree that shipping terms for all PsPrint products are shipped “Freight On Board Shipping Point” or “F.O.B. Shipping Point" – Title and Risk of loss transfers to you at time of shipment

  Printing Turnaround Time

Printing turnaround time begins once your order has been placed and your print-ready files have been uploaded to your account, attached to your printing job, and approved for printing. If you ordered a next day hardcopy proof or standard hardcopy proof, printing turnaround time begins when we receive approval for your proof. Please note that if we are unable to print your files because they do not conform to our file requirements, your job status will return to "Need Artwork" and your printing turnaround time will be reset.

For printing jobs that do not have complete digital source files provided, printing turnaround begins when we have your print-ready file(s) for your print job, not from when the order is first submitted.

  The PsPrint Satisfaction Guarantee

PsPrint stands behind the quality of its products and services. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase from us, simply contact Customer Service by phone at 800-511-2009 within 30 days from the date you receive it (or the date it was scheduled to arrive), and we will reprint part or all of your order. In some cases, we may refund the full price of the product(s) in question, excluding shipping, postage and processing costs.

PsPrint is committed to customer satisfaction, and we do everything possible to ensure proper cutting, accurate color reproduction, and excellent printing quality. However, certain circumstances are beyond our control and are not covered by this guarantee. Please note that we cannot be responsible for:

  • Spelling, punctuation, or grammatical errors made by the customer.
  • Inferior quality or low-resolution of uploaded images.
  • Design errors or color selection errors introduced by the customer in the artwork file creation process.
  • Errors in user-selected options such product type, size, finishing options, or quantity.
  • Incorrect file dimensions, image orientation, or file submission in accordance with PsPrint specifications.
  • Damage to the products arising after delivery to the customer.
  • Duplicate orders by the customer.
  • Incorrect file layout for folding, scoring, hole drilling, die cutting or other custom services.
  • Incorrect shipping address, undeliverable packages/3 rd delivery attempts, or other errors created by the customer.

PrintPlace.com ships jobs via UPS or via other nationally recognized carriers in its sole discretion. Once a package has shipped, PrintPlace.com will not be responsible for late or damaged packages. Delivery dates are not guaranteed and may include extra transit time in case of unforeseen delays. No refund on shipping charges will be made on any job once it has shipped.
 
  Refunds and Cancellations
All sales are final. No refunds are available on orders unless art files have NOT been uploaded to the site, submitted to customer service or sent to press. On jobs that meet the above criteria, a $15 processing fee will be charged for each job cancellation. On jobs that meet the above criteria, you must contact PrintPlace within 30 days to request your refund. Any refund requests approved after 30 days will be issued as a credit toward the next order. If an order is cancelled after we have sent You a hard copy proof, those charges for the hard copy proof are non-refundable.

PGprint Shipping Policy

Our shipping charges are based on standard carrier rates (where applicable), which are based on package weight, size, and distance shipped. To preview the shipping charges, enter the items you want to order into your shopping cart. When you’re done, click on “Proceed to Checkout.” The system displays the shipping charges next to each shipping option.

Piedmont Graphics offers FedEx Ground Home Delivery, FedEx Ground, FedEx 2 Day, FedEx Standard Overnight and FedEx Priority Overnight to all of our customers who place orders to be shipped to the United States. We also offer Customer Pick-up for customers in the Atlanta area.

Delivery and Lead Time
Orders are shipped based on the specified production turnaround time, excluding weekends and holidays. Barring exceptions, these orders ship out Monday through Friday at around 4:30 pm EST.

Since we do not offer Saturday delivery, the actual delivery date may differ from the estimated transit time. For example: An overnight order, leaving our warehouse on a Friday for New York, will not arrive until Monday, even though it has a one day transit time.
