You may return an item(s) within 60 days of the purchase for an exchange, credit, or refund if you’re not completely satisfied. NOTE: Please send back your items in their original packaging along with tags and any other information and material. Embroidered or personalized merchandise may not be returned unless defective. Test your new shoes out on the carpet, because we cannot accept footwear returns if they show visible wear.
Risk-Free Returns/Exchanges Are Easy! -Detach and complete the return/exchange form on the back of the packing list included with your order. -Package the return/exchange form along with your items. -We’ve provided a conveniently pre-paid and addressed *Merchandise Return Label (MRL)* for orders shipped within the USA. Please affix it to your package and drop it into any post office collection box (We recommend insuring the package for your protection). -That’s it! If you’ve provided your email address, we’ll let you know when we receive your package. Otherwise, please allow 5-7 business days to process your **exchange, credit or refund.
* Using the MRL: $5.95 or $7.95 (depending on the number of items you’re sending back) will be deducted from your refund or credit. Don’t forget to include payment information if you have a due balance.
** Exchanges will ship with no additional shipping charge. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you choose to send your items back without our pre-paid label (MRL), we suggest you mail the package with a courier who can provide proof of delivery.
