Returns
Any part purchased from AutoPartsGIANT can be returned for any reason within the first 30 days provided that the product has not been installed or damaged. (subject to product availability and inspection). Any questions regarding your part after the 30 day period please contact the products manufacture. The part must be unused, in it's original packaging (No seals or packaging can be broken on gasket or timing sets), and must be in resalable condition. Once

Standard Delivery
All orders are shipped via ground service except where otherwise noted. Orders can not be shipped to a PO Box. Our shipping chart refers to standard ground shipping only. Due to UPS regulations, oversized packages may require extra shipping costs. |

Returns:
4 Wheel Parts gladly accepts returns on all new merchandise.
Note that all returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Please try to include all original packaging, manuals, and ancillary materials in order to avoid being penalized.
Reimbursement eligibility for returns is as follows:
- Within 30 days of invoice date: full refund, less any restocking fees
- After 30 days of invoice date: store credit only, less any restocking fees
- After 90 days of invoice date: no refunds or returns after 90 days
Refunds will be given on parts only and excludes labor or installation charges, shipping, or any other charges. All parts must be returned in the original package, cannot be damaged or installed, and must be in original condition. All returned parts must be sent freight prepaid and are subject to a re-boxing fee.
Certain parts are not returnable, including but not limited to wheels and tires that have been mounted and/or installed, electrical items, and closeouts.
Customer returns for parts received as part of a "free shipping" offer will be credited for the amount of the returned parts less actual outbound shipping charges paid by us and any restocking fee that may apply. |

Shipping
- All shipments are F.O.B. Compton, CA. Small items (under 150 pounds) will be shipped by ground service or express service if requested. Larger items will be shipped by truck freight. We do not ship C.O.D. orders to a P.O. Box, APO, or FPO. All orders must have complete shipping address and phone number. Truck freight is tailgate only, customer must have someone available to unload freight. If the condition of your package is questionable, please contact our Customer Service Department immediately at 800.578.8132.

Return Authorization
- To return a part, you must call Toll Free 800.578.8132, prompt 3
(Mon-Fri, 8am to 5pm EST) for a Return Goods Authorization number
(RGA). Please follow the return instructions on the back of your packing slip. If the item is not installed and is within 30 days of the original ship date, you may return all or part of the order to receive a refund for the merchandise value. In some instances an item may be returned after 30 days with the following restocking fees being applied: 31-60 days 10%, 61-90 days 20%, 91+ days 30%. Special order items, modified and/or installed items cannot be returned. Please contact our Customer Service Department for further information concerning restocking fees and returning truck freight items

Delivery
Our prices do not include shipping. For shipping costs, just click on the Shipping button, listed after each tire. You can choose between3 delivery options:
- Your tires will be delivered directly to your billing address. You can then mount the tires yourself, or you can take the tires to be mounted by a service station of your choice.
- Your tires will be delivered to an alternate address. In this case, please specify the delivery address and the person authorized to receive the tires on your behalf.
- The tires are delivered directly to a Tire Installer near where you live. Please check "Please deliver the tires to an installation partner." in step 2 of the order process and choose a Tire Installer in your area in step 3.
In general we will deliver the tires to your doorstep within 3 to 5 working days. If your goods are not delivered within 7 days and you have not received a message from us, please send us an e-mail at tires@delti.com , or call us. Our contact information can be found on the "Contact us" page.
You will receive an e-mail confirmation of the transaction when you place your order. Please save a printed copy of your order confirmation for your records. |

Returns
If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days, as long as the product has not been used. The customer will be responsible for shipping unless the product arrived damaged, in which case tires-easy will pay for shipping. Please see Returns and Refunds for details.
An exception are studded tires - Studded tires orders may not be cancelled, nor may studded tires be returned for a refund. All studded tire sales are final. |

Return/Refund Policy If you need to return or exchange an item, please call 1-888-541-1777 (ext. 360, customer service) for a Return Authorization Number. We will accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Only unused product that has not been driven on is eligible for return.
Please follow the return check list to ensure that no shipping damage will occur.
Return for Refund
Credit amount will be calculated as follows:
TIRES: Credit less all freight charges incurred.
WHEELS: Credit less all freight charges incurred. Wheels cannot have had tires mounted; please test fit wheels prior to mounting tires.
WHEEL & TIRE PACKAGE: Credit less $60 labor charge for dismount and less all freight charges incurred.
SPECIAL ORDER ITEMS: Special order items are not returnable.
Orders shipped via Federal Express or UPS are charged freight both ways on refused shipments.
Credits will be issued to the credit card used on the order. If payment received was cash or check, we will refund by check to the billing address. |
