In order to ensure satisfaction with your purchase, we request the following:
1. IF DAMAGED IN SHIPPING: If your package arrives damaged
during shipping, please refuse the package or return to a UPS shipping
location within 24 hours marked "Refused due to shipping damage."
You must then call us so we can file a claim with UPS. Failure to do
so will result in loss of refund or replacement by UPS.
2. KEEP PACKAGING: Save boxes, packaging material, and paperwork.
Don't throw anything way. They are required items for all warrantee issues.

 Company makes fun, high quality toys. We warrant to
the original purchaser that this product is free of defects in materials or
workmanship for one year * from the date of purchase (dated sales receipt is required for proof of purchase).
At the sole election of The Little Tikes Company, the only remedies available under
this warranty will be either replacement of the defective part of the product or refund
the purchase price of the product.
This warranty is valid only if the product has been assembled and maintained
per the instructions. This warranty does not cover abuse, accident, cosmetic issues
such as fading or scratches from normal wear, or any other cause not arising from
defects in material and workmanship.
Returns will be accepted for 30 days from purchase date. Returned items must
be in new condition with their original packaging.
Refunds are issued for the purchase price of the items returned.

A classic toy car is being inducted into an auto museum in
Cleveland - and it outsold every other car in the U.S. in 2008.
The Cozy Coupe, a plastic cherry-red sports car, allows toddlers to sit on a bench-style seat and poke their legs through to the ground. When they start walking, the car begins to go.
On Saturday, it will take its place next to historically significant automobiles at the Crawford Auto-Aviation Museum.
The Cozy Coupe sold 457,000 units in 2008, topping the Toyota Camry and Honda Accord. In the '90s, it outsold both the Accord and Ford Taurus.
It would land in the top-20 best-selling models of all time, if considered, having sold more than 10 million units in its 30-year history.
The museum will house one of the first Cozy Coupes to come off the production line in 1979.
The Cozy Coupe is made by The Little Tikes Co. in Hudson, Ohio.

Our Technical Support Group issues RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) numbers for all product returns. If an item is defective, not working properly, or you simply want to return the item, Technical Support is the proper department to contact. - Sales Policies: All sales are final. Sales Tax of 8.25% will be charged to all California residents, except resellers. All items carry a 30 day warranty unless otherwise noted. Returns of product, other than for exchange or replacement, are subject to a 15% return fee. Shipping fees and/or return shipping costs are Non-Refundable. No returns or exchange after 30 days of receipt will be honored. Returns must be postmarked before the 30 days of receipt to be valid. Should a replacement for a returned item not be available, a credit will be issued or the product will be substituted with one of same-or-better specifications. All returned equipment must be issued a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number prior to return shipment. To be accepted, all returned products must be conspicuously labeled with the assigned RMA number and accompanied with a copy of the sales order or invoice. Customer must pack items being returned complete, with all manuals, cables, accessories, etc., as if they were new and working condition. Regardless of condition, products must be packaged appropriately so as not to incur physical damage during return shipping. Failure to do so may invalidate both the RMA and the warranty. Unauthorized and/or unmarked returns will not be honored. Raiden Tech will not be responsible for incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of any product(s) that it sells. RETURNS
Items returned to us must be made within 14 days of receipt of the item. Any return without an RMA# will be refused. Items returned to us with an RMA# must be received within 14 days of the RMA issuance. Please allow up to two billing cycles for your refund to appear on your credit card statement. A returned item with damaged caused by you will receive at most a twenty percent refund, will immediately be discarded. Attempting to do a credit card dispute or chargeback for returns not in compliance with our policies will incur an administration fee of $50 per chargeback. We are not responsible for shipping charges or return shipping charges on defective or returned items unless you are missing an item from your order. Returned free shipping items and refused items will be charged an appropriate shipping cost. If we warrantee the item directly then we will pay the shipping charges to send you the repaired or replacement item. All returns are subject to twenty five percent restocking fee. Non-Clearance items may be exchanged only if defective within 14 days of your product's shipping date. For generic products, no returns or exchanges are allowed. If defective, Trend Times will exchange the item free of charge. Trend Times will not pay for the shipping charges that are returned by customer. Clearance items cannot be returned. Scooters are sent directly to your door. We do not offer shipping to terminals.
All returns must include a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#). Please contact us for your your RMA number if your return fits the proper criteria. Items returned without RMA numbers will be rejected. If you place an order and then cancel it after it has been processed, you will be assessed an eight percent cancellation charge. If the order has been shipped and is then cancelled while in transit or if the order is unclaimed/refused, you will be charged a twenty five percent restocking fee plus shipping charges.
All returned merchandise must have a tracking number to prove that you have shipped it to us. Please email us with your tracking number. We are not responsible for lost items during shipment.

Post Office Box. If you receive mail at a Post Office Box please provide

RETURNS
Our return / exchange policy is very simple. If the item we sent you is
defective when you received the shipment from us (NOT AFTER USE),
you can report to us by email for return / exchange / refund arrangement.
Request(s) for return or exchange and report(s) of missing or

of merchandise(s).
We reserve the rights to entertain requests received thereafter.

There is no return once the merchandise box is opened. Exchange
