How do I return an item?
- You must mail the item back to Max Studio Corporate Office. There will be a return invoice included in your package.
- Send package back, including the return form Max Studio has provided for you.
- Fill out the form, noting the quantity and the return code reason (located on back of return form).
- Please allow 14 days for us to receive your merchandise, inspect it and process your exact request in accordance with your written instructions.
- Do not send your package C.O.D. as it will not be accepted.
- Shoes must be returned un-worn in their original box.

We do not accept returns on sunglasses, swimsuits, earrings, or special order items. Shoes that have been worn or are scuffed on the bottom will be considered used and worn merchandise and will not be issued a refund. We suggest you try your shoes on in a carpeted area. The original shoe box must be returned in good condition.

If you are at all unfulfilled with your purchase, you may return the item(s) in its original form (unworn, with tags) within 15 business days of receiving your order for a full refund, less shipping costs. If you have decided to return your merchandise anytime after 15 days, you may do an exchange, or we will be more than happy to give you store credit. Returns made after 15 days will be credited at the current selling price.
Please take extra care when trying on shoes, We recommend trying them on a carpeted surface. All shoes returned must be in their original designer box free of damage and postage labels. We recommend returning shoes in a second outer box to keep the designer box in original condition.

Easy Return & Exchange Procedure
To return an order simply call us at (213)-744-0754 to receive a Return Authorization Number. Then fill out the Return/Exchange Form that was included in the your shipment. Return the item(s) to the address on the Return/Exchange form in their original condition with tags attached for a refund, exchange, or store credit. All items returned for a refund without an exchange or store credit will include a 10% restocking fee. There is a limit of one exchange or one store credit per order. Exchange and store credit purchases cannot be returned.
Types Of Exchanges:
1) Quick Exchange(Immediate shipping)
For the Quick Exchange option in your Return/Exchange form(included in your order), please reorder the new item on our website immediately so we can send it out the same business day! The exchanged item(s) will be credited within 21 days after arrival at our location. Shipping is non refundable
2) 21 Day Exchange (Approximately 21 day
process from when we receive your return)
For a 21 day exchange, call us at (213)-744-0754 to receive a unique hold # and Return Authorization #. Then fill out the Return/Exchange Form that was included in the your shipment. Your item(s) will be on hold and then sent to you within 21 days after arrival of the returned item(s) at our location. Limit of one On Hold Exchange or store credit per order. Shipping is free for On Hold Exchanges to United States customers. International and APO customers will be charged $25 (for unlimited items) for shipping On Hold Exchanges. There is a limit of one exchange or one store credit per order. Exchange and store
credit purchases cannot be returned.
Store Credit
Store Credit will be issued in your name for the dollar amount of the items you sent back. You may redeem your store credit within 1 year from the date of your purchase.
