RETURNS:
We stand behind the quality brand names that we sell. If you're not satisfied with your purchase - for any reason - return the unused and unaltered item(s) in its original condition (all tags attached) within 30 days. Store credit will be issued on returned sale items that are marked down to under $25.00. Returns received after 30 days will receive store credit for only the current selling price. If an order is returned after 60 days a 25% fee may be accessed. We will refund ground shipping costs if the return is the result of our error. All dresses from Calito are custom made and cannot be returned or exchanged for any reason.
Returns are processed and an email notification is sent within 4-6 days from when the return arrives at our warehouse. If we shipped you an item in error, or if the item is damaged, we will reimburse you for the ground shipping cost. You must e–mail us at myorder@alight.com. prior to returning the item(s). Damaged (wrong) item(s) will be returned to a different address than the one below. Customer satisfaction is important to us. Regular full price merchandise can be returned or exchanged within 30 days after receipt of an item, if unused, unaltered and in original condition with tags still attached. Refunds will be made for the cost of merchandise only — shipping charges are non-refundable.
