How to return a defective item, or an item shipped to you in error:
Please fill out our order issue form by clicking
here and we will process your request for a Return Materials Authorization (RMA) number. Do not ship the product until you have received this number and the instructions for returning the product. Items returned without an RMA number will not be processed and will be assessed a 50% restocking fee. Only items returned with an RMA number will be reimbursed for return shipping. Upon receipt of the RMA, you have 30 days to return the product per the instructions listed. Beyond the 30 day grace period, the item is no
longer eligible for return and the product will either be shipped back to the individual at their expense, or a restocking fee of 50% of the total merchandise value will be charged to complete the transaction.

All canceled orders will be confirmed by CymaxStores in writing: if you have not received a confirmation, your order has not been cancelled. Orders that have been shipped cannot be cancelled and costs for round-trip shipping will be deducted from refunds if orders are refused. Orders that are refused are still considered returns, and as such, the restocking fee and shipping costs both ways will be incurred as detailed above.
Any order that is refused or returned because the customer does not like the product, no longer wants the product, or believed the order was cancelled is considered a ‘buyer’s remorse return’, and credit will be issued as detailed above.

Each customer must contact us prior to any return. Return and/or exchange of merchandise must take place within 7 days of receipt of product. All products to be returned must be in original condition, including packaging, documentation, warranty cards, manuals, accessories, etc. The product's original factory seal must be intact. All refunds will require a return authorization number (RMA) issued by DealYard and the item must be shipped back for inspection and processing prior to refund. You can expect to receive your refund within four weeks of shipping your package back to us. In many cases you will receive a
refund sooner, but we estimate four weeks because of the time required for return shipping (up to 14 days), product inspection at our returns facility (up to 5 business days), and processing from your bank or credit card company (up to 5 business days). Merchandise that is not defective may be returned for a refund in the amount of the item's purchase price minus the shipping cost and a restocking fee of 15% of the purchase price of the item. Return Policy:
You may return most new, unopened items sold and fulfilled by Orangeonions within 5 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
Products that are under warranty must be returned to the warranty center. If there are any problems we will be happy to help filing the warranty. You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly.
This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days). We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item. Items that are opened or returned more than 15 days after delivery may receive a partial refund. If you need to return an item, please email for an RA, please do not call as RAs are not given out over the phone.
