All shipments to PO Boxes will be done via USPS.

All packages are fully insured against loss or damage during transit. In case of a claim, if we have another product in stock we will ship it immediately. Otherwise we will consult with the customer to choose among all the available options.

For your security, we require that all packages are signed receipt at the time of delivery. If the customer is not available at that time, the carrier will leave an Info Notice and will make three consecutive attempts at delivery. If a package is returned to Dexclusive.com because of non-delivery, all shipping charges will be charged back to the customer.

For your protection as well as ours the following security measures have been implemented. Due to excessive identity theft fraud we are now using a third party verification service. Thieves were placing orders using the victim's billing information which raised no red flags until it was too late. In addition we have locked out all changes to shipments in transit. Please do not attempt to intercept or change the arrival date to the shipment or UPS will automatically return it to Dexclusive. Changes can not be made once the shipment has left Dexclusive. Please make sure you are going to be available to sign for your shipment, choose a shipping address accordingly.

Dexclusive.com continuously strives to offer its customers the highest quality of service, promptly and efficiently. Please report any imperfections or discrepancies within 24 hours of receipt of the product.

If you are not completely satisfied with a purchased item, you may return it within 10 days of original delivery date for a refund, minus shipping fees and a 15% restocking fee of the full order amount (minimum $50). The other option would be a one time exchange for an item of the same or higher value at no extra cost (no restocking fee). Requesting a second exchange will result in a 10% exchange fee. Requesting a refund after performing an exchange will result in a 20% restocking fee. If you cancel your order before it is shipped, then a 5% restocking fee will apply. We do not accept returns on special ordered products.

The replacement product will not be shipped until the original one is received by us. Exchanges will be shipped out within 2 business days of receipt of the returned watch.

Items must be returned in its original condition, meaning that it has to be unworn and unaltered, including sizing the timepiece. Additionally, the item must be sent back with the seal unbroken in its original box and all paperwork intact. What "original condition" means is that it must have no scratches, marks, or blemishes. Also, the manufacturer tags and protective stickers have not been removed. Note that dings and scratches will happen even if a watch has only been worn for a few hours.

All items being returned or exchanged must have an RMA number. Please request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, by phone or email prior to returning the item. Any item returned without an RMA number will not be accepted and will be sent back at the buyers expense or an extra $50 RMA processing fee will apply.

Any purchases made by either a watch manufacturer, watch brand distributor, or any person acting on their behalf, in any manner are not eligible to be returned to us for any reason.

All returns and exchanges require 1 week processing time.
